By "mistion", I assume you mean "mission." You cant skip any missions. You have to complete them all in order to advance through the story. Hope that helps!

First, collect 10 bluebell flowers (you can find them around Ben's Hill and Dankweed Pond.) When you have 10, make sure your cow is actually holding the flowers in his hands. After that, walk up to the grave and it should allow you to put the flowers on it. Hope that helps!

It's not milkweed you need to climb. In otis's hut, you see tyres? jump up onto them, then from there, onto the table, then the big bin thing, and then the big boat, and then the roof, walk along the roof, you should see a plank of wood leading the barn roof, CAREFULLY go across that, then climb the ladder, go across the roof, across the other plank of wood, and there you go your on the water tower! All you have to do is press a & then b, it's very easy from there! Hope I helped.
the flowers I picked are in the barnyard area and are white ox eyed. You point remote press A and lift remote up and pick the flower, then press 1 to put them in your inventory.
There are Ox Eyed Daisy's all around... there is a bunch in the middle of the barnyard. Walk slowly up to one (the larger white flower with the big center) and it'll tell you to press A and lift up...
You can go by the farmers house and go all the way to the fence the opposite side were the exit is or go to the garden

You dont put it on the beady farm, put it on the farmers porch by daisy and where duke is.
Go talk to daisy after you have made the cake and then go put it on the porch
THQ have left a delightful error in some versions of the PC release, meaning that there ARE no strawberries. The Vegetable (Veggie) Garden appears empty and you therefore can't do any further missions, since there's no way to skip this one or get strawberries anywhere else. I'm awaiting a response from THQ about this.
Go to the garden and look for the strawberries, walk up to them and press X
In your question you don't say if you walk around in the veg patch... if you have strawberries in your garden there will be some just to right (in the rows of veggies) of the gate when you walk in... you have to walk in the rows of veggies...
They are in the garden. Several in more than 1 row. Just go up to them and turn toward the red berry and hit the A button. Then hit the 1 to put it in your back pack. You can keep up to 20 at a time.

The only time you can access the store is at night. you can't access it during the day. Because remember us animals are not suppose to be buying from the gopher

First leak is right beside the donkey to his right...you will see water spraying out of ground..depending where they place him either beside the tree where you sleep or down by the side of road towards the pond..the later is the easiest..cause once you start following the pipe at the top of the hill by the barn just stay to the left and go clockwise around the perimeter and you will find all 5 leaks in no time.

You line up to the chicken coop entrance and you hit the ball three quaters of the speed and it should come out of the far left hole on the roof and role allong the top into the middle hole of the roof and wala

When you find the leaks, you'll actually see water coming out of the ground like a sprinkler. Put away your metal detector, then walk up to the leak and it should let you fix it by stomping on it or something like that. Hope that helps!
