Ok so what you need to do is to find vampire dust by activating the quest order of virtueous blood. After you find out where the cave is (Memorial Cave) go to it and there are a lot of vampires. get one and duplicate it by 20. Then go to The Main Ingredient in the Imperial City. I read the answer to that some where and I think you can get it from an alchemy shop in the imperial city market district and if they only have one do as the other guy said, use the duplicate items on the ingredient until you have all you need

I have also found an elven helmet during a quest where you have to kill some gang boss dude who comes to collect the loot every night from this Elvish ruin that is just above White Stallion Knights lodge.

If you do the Collector quests in the Imperial City you can get two enchanted elven helmets, or you can opt to just get one of them. You give it to Umbacano, but at the end of the last quest when you kill him you get it back. I always get them both.
If you use cheats do coc toddtest there is full blades armour there, a daedra test npc with full daedra armour and 1 daedra weapon, all the warriors there have full elven armour I think this'll help

then I would suggest going 2 the waterfall district and you should see amusei next to the sleeping begger, this is where you got your first theives guild quest so its not hard 2 find if you have a house there it should be even easier. to feed, crouch and stand right next to the sleeping person and you will get an option to feed, btw the person must be sleeping or it wont work. Then your vampirism will be at 25% so you can go out in the daylight again =) im a vampire 2...lol 1 hit kills XD
Ok, first activate the main stone (the 1 in the middle of the stairs), this will then leave an object in that box - take it. the trick is to match the item in your possession to the guardian whose symbol matches the item. once you take the item turn around and watch for one of the guardian stones to light up. it will show the item above it that it needs to activate that stone. you need to remember which item is which for later on. go to the guardian that lit up - deposit your item in that box, then go back to the centre stone and take the new item that then appears. check for a symbol above the other guardian stones. then go to that stone and deposit your item. repeat the process until you have matched all items to symbols in each guardian stone. you will know when you have done it as the centre gate will open. laborious process but tests your memory skills!
Ok you said that there are 8 of them. then you don't need to get them to face you, you need to get the item out of the chest in front of the presure plate and put it into the correct box in front of the statue. their will only be one item at a time so take your time.

Fort grief east of bravil theres a hard lock chest 2 bottles of shadow banish wine and it may b just a glitch go back every so often a the chest is relocked and full of shadow banish wine.

Get five clothes then get into the mages guild (arcane university) get any chameleon spell and 5 grand soul gems go the the chironasium and enchant them with chameleon 20% each item (5 making it 100%)

The Hard way is to join the Mages Guild, get into the arcane University and chose the paralyze spell for your staff. Go to Dorian's house, bribe him till you can't any more, then hit him with your paralyze staff, check his body and you can keep taking his money over and over agian.
Just to add to the first answer with 5 stars. When you talk to the orc to sell something I think it has to be equipped while your on the horse. I would save the game right before you sell it too just in case it doesnt work.
Do the dunbarrow cove quest and when you have finished ask one of the pirates to plunder. wait for one week then they will have come back and 1000 gold pieces will be in the chest at the bottom of your bed in your quarters
With a game as big as this there are bound to be some glitches and considering the size of the game world it does a preatty good job at cutting them down. And I can tell you from expreince. I was a level 41 and the last quest I had to do was the Hermignus Infurnum Deadric quest and when I opened the book it froze. And there are no unofficial patches for the game but it really fun to start a new character and augh at the toughst enemy at level 1 which is probaly a rat instead of a wraith
Its just a glich it happened to me before? some times you can sit then you cannot the thief guild was the first one I completed and it still sometimes happen just save before ya start ya mission if happens start again, or save in stages of the mission on separt saves, then load them
You need a grand soul gem go to a place called "dark fissure" place it in the alter nearby and cast a soul trap spell and take it out and hey presto

After you arive at the fort you must go through a series of different rooms that are filled with enemies. When you arrive in a room with 4 statues, turn the statues so that the are facing each other. Later in the fort there is a room where there is a chest that spawns random items. put the items in their corresponding chests, move on to the next room and the shield is yours.
To get past the arrows wach they cycle threw. wait like 5 seconds and slowly move when you get to the second gate turn it down then go right (if you havent gotten to that because of the gate blocking it the anser is right (could be left) middle right left and if one more middle) wait till it cycles to the beginning then go. the 4 faces need to face the middle and the final one right down were each is and when you have that one put it in the corisponding chess then repeat your done

There is an oar in the jerral mountains. stand by the stables outside of bruma. look east. about 100-150 beet away is a large pit. in front of the pit are 2 mountains. on top of the mountain to the right is a camp that you visit in a dark brotherhood dead drop quest. in the barrel beside the tent is an oar. Dont kno wut a guy in the mountains needs an oar for. Maybe you'll find out the true purpose of the oars. (like a pikaxe is ANY different than a "recently used" pikaxe!)
