U need to have an internet connection
Make about 60 Miis on the Mii channel.
Press B+A to pick up a Mii then in the top right corner drag them into that circle. To view your mii parade Just click on the mii parade button in the top right corner. -Sammaster
You'l see a message when you enter the mii plaza, it will say "you can put mii's in the mii parade".

Click on the picture and you can choose what you want to do with it
You get a puzzle from a SD card or one of the pictures in the Wii's memory.
