First unlock the green choas emerald card to unlock it you must complete all the challenges on zone 1 including the boss in easy normal hard difficulty then you can play the green chaos cup in cup circuit then finished it and you will unlock the green choas cup

How do you beat sonic with silver?

A1:

All you have to do is make sure you attack him fast and push him behind you once you have done that make sure you stay well ahead of him. also use your special move when your close this will really slow him down!

A2:

First when your close to silver double jump to make him fall then take the special attack bonus and use it quickly (exactly after you get use it) so it well make you go to the finish line before him

What are the power-ups on the challenge mode?

The power ups are there special moves like the tornado,fire shield,the star.etc. and to use them you press riangle.

A2:

The power ups are fire ice wind thunder illusion bomb star they are found only in acts they are not found in boss stage to use them press the triangle botton note:the star icon power up is used for your characters signiture move

In Sonic Rivals, players will unleash their own personalized moves and
power-ups, launching fireballs, zapping each other with confusion attacks, and
freezing rivals with ice attacks. Players will choose from Sonic, Shadow,
Knuckles and the new character Silver, each with their own individual
storylines. This brand new adventure delivers classic Sonic 2-D gameplay in a
three dimensional world where players dash through twisting obstacles in
immersive environments. Players will also challenge their skills in either
single-player or multiplayer modes using the PSP system's wireless feature.

The evil Dr. Eggman is out to capture Sonic's friends in mysterious cards and
it's up to Sonic, Knuckles, Silver and Shadow to compete against each other to
save them.

Players can collect up to 150 cards in the game and use them to wager on the
competition or use them to customize their character. For the first time,
players will be able to unlock outfits for Sonic and his rivals including
stylish tuxedos, leather, track suits, armor, shoes and more.
