You have to at least get am on most of your goals. you can go to your goals by selecting view goals, than select any of the goals you havnt done. if you want to be apart of project 8, you might have to go back to levels where you havnt done most of your goals. then you have to be in a comp with tony. if you beat it you will be a member of project 8 and you will unlock the downhill level.

You have to beat a few missions before you can get out of the suburbs, but you will get a message in your video phone that tells you a mascot is in the cul-de-sac & he knows how te open the gate. Then after you talk to the mascot, you'll skitch his RC car, ollie off of the ramp, & stickerslap the control box
