Mortal Kombat: Unchained
In the Arcade mod you going to your character and press start button and you have new drss for the character it going change (sorry im an not good in english)
In the Arcade mode, you are going to your character and press the start button and you have a new costume for the character you have chosen. (I just corrected answer #1)
If you go on arcade mode when you are avaliable to pick a fighter press start instead of x
In any mode
Go to the character select screen then just press start

The other two are shang tsung and quan chi and you can`t unlock onaga or them, maybe onaga but not to my knowledge, but yeah raiden is availiable at the start of the game and shang tsung and quan chi are not unlockable

There are 2 ways to unlock him.Is to get all the characters to beat him in arcade mode or go to endurance mode and defeat all the characters.

Just do it super fast it works !
Go to the netherrealm, go outside the city and go left along the city wall, Nightwolf will be there. Do his mission first. After you do his mission wait awhile and do some missions. Go back to where Nightwolf was at. Cross the first bridge and go to the left, go along the lava until you go close to the wall. look around and you will see Nightwolf. Beat him and you will get his costume.
Go to the netherrealm and go to a4 and fight him
You have to fight him in A-4 in the Netherrealm

Kitana Fatality: DOWN,UP,RIGHT,RIGHT,TRIANGLE (Sweep).
Jax Fatality: DOWN,RIGHT,RIGHT,DOWN,TRIANGLE (Sweep).
Frost Fatality: RIGHT,LEFT,UP,DOWN,SQUARE (Sweep).
They don't have Hara-Kiri.

He doesn't have one
Blaze doesn't have any fatalities, unfortunetly, and Midway kept it this way from Deadly Alliance. If you don't know who Blaze is he's the boss character in Mortal Kombat: Armageddon (PS2, Xbox, Wii), and he was an unlockable character in Deadly Alliance if you did the Konquest (training) mode with all the characters.
Blazes is in the background in MORTAL KOMBAT 2 in (SNES) his fighting with someone in pitfall area.

You, can't unlock onaga on mortal kombat:deception or unchained, but you can play as him in mortal kombat:armageddon, try that if you want it's fun, you get to Kreate-a-fatality

You can't unlock Quan Chi because he died trying to fight Onaga alongside Raiden and Shang Tsung, but some players have unlocked the Deadly Alliance Quan Chi for use using codes or a game altering device
You do a backdash (tap the back button twice) then hit the left trigger to go into fatality mode

Sweep is th distance at which you start
Fatality 1:forward,away,down,forward,triangle(close)
fatality 2:away,down,forward,down,square(sweep)
hara kiri:down,up,down,up,triangle

Sub- Zero's fatality are Left,Down,Right,Down,Square(sweep)and the other is Right,Left,Down,Right(close)
To perform it you have to switch the fighting style just when they die and press foward back down foward and triangle but make sure you are at close range. The second one is to switch at sweep range which is a little bit far from your opponent then press back down foward down and square.

I found this hard as well, Save and exit game. Go to options and switch Kombat Skills level for the cpu's to novice, go back and kick any bosses ass, then if you want to continue on with whatever difficulty go back and do the same thing.
