Same here. I had a profile before and I somehow got 100% but this time it is 99%. Make sure you have gold for bonus levels too and put out everything for the play ground.
U have gottin 99%....done everything you can then go back down to the spider mission in the lava then complete that again then it will come up 100% .....How do I know....... I did it
I think you just haven't tryed vey hard you get all the canisters,medals get all the creatures and stuff wait awhile go to the piraka play ground and you get 100 percent it ]happened] .to me.and one of the toa talks to to the shop keeper and whamo.
You get all the canisters,medals creatures make all the constructions I fodout to mention that then you go to playgrond

The plus sign means you have to upgrade your toa at the shop. once you've upgraded it go back to the level and use the power!

You save up enough pieces and buy it at the storer
Buy all the stats for that toa
You must upgrade the toa with the same mask (colour) to its full potential of ability at the shop, then the toa will have the same symbol,(the mask, but with a + sign) then use the toas ability as if it were just a normal object, like how Hewkii, the brown toa, uses 'the force' thats as descriptive as I can get to the action.
You need to upgrade thier special ability to the end of the bar in the shop

Your son needs to go to the what I call the store. and purchase more ability and upgrade the weapon ect.. He does this by the points he has accumilated in the game. Once they are at the highest upgrade the plus or orange x will appear on his bionicle.
Its ok, it means it requires an upgraded abilityou have to fully upgrade that skill to trigger those places.
You go to the shop and pick the charichter and upgrad the middle 1 your welcome hope your son enjoes

HINT: Get Hero Mode
Get hero mode a bunch of times and if you have jaller fully upgraded keep hitting his shield and once in a while his health will turn red.
Go hero mode and keep attacking him, and charge at him while you attack and ignore the Rahi.
