Q: How do treat the first person with guilt? After I inject it with the serum you have to ultrasound it but it always says I miss it even when its on top of it. HELP

A1: After you ultrasound to find the guilt, make a small incision (cut with the scalpel) to make it surface and inject it with the serum and so until you incapacitate it and remove it from the stomach

A1: To stop the flying guilt use the ultra sound to locate then use the scalpel to cut the guilt then use the laser to destroy it

Q: What do you have do after you have injected the black serum in the guilt 5.9 death awaits all?

A1: Ok it will atomaticly go to the Healing Touch, when it does, use the Healing Touch again, it will freeze the darn thing and then you just keep injecting the black thing until it dies. Don't worry about the cuts, the heal atomaticly when the GUILT dies.

A1: You have to use the stiches on the "big" wound, to close her up -> Not around the valve itself.

A2: You will have to suture around the value and then just suture big stitches across the heart opening.

A1: One pin must go at top left and the other 3rd hole down on the right.

A2: Left = 1st, Right = 3rd

A3: I had trouble with this, move the remote towards you, like playing snooker.

A2: What do you mean? Do you mean put the seringe in the vital injection bottles if so which colour green bottle or blue?

A4: You have to be sure to inject the blue medicine in all the red spots on the intestine - if you do that, then it will let you suture the incision.

A1: Right use the tool forceps then a plate will appear with a bandage on it then u lift it up press a and then roll over the skin you have sticthed then operation was successful will appear on the screen.

A1: I have found that if you go faster instead of slower (thinking you are being more precise) when drawing the lines....you will improve at your abilities quicker. Also try to make the star about the same size each time...it should cover about 3/4 of your tv/monitor

A1: Well you have to use the nunchuk to select your tool so move the nunchuck exactly left from the center then you have to make an incision where you are told remember to do it quick as if you dont do it perfectly straight you will have to start again.
