It just means that your house is already full, you have too much things although it doesnt seem like it. Try getting rid of things that you dont need or want. It works :)

First you have to have a good relacion ship with your dog,then find a dog that is from a diferent gender and let them build a good relacionship.wen they do,make sure you have a pet house.get next to any of the two dogs and press x.options will apear and at the and of all the options you will see the"Try for offspring"option.they will play for a minute then they will go to the dog house and there will be a basket fliying from the sky.and tadaaa! A PUPPY!
First, get two dogs one female and male. Then, build up a great relationship with both dogs. And, the dogs also have to have to have a good relationship with each other. Last, you go next to one of the dogs. I recomend the female press x then options will come up. One of the options is try for an offspring. Press that one. After a couple minutes there will be a basket and a new little dog in the house. Good Luck:H)

You have to sell some stuff or call a fireman. One of the reasons of having a fire is buying too much stuff.

Simply you cant just "control" your pets unfortuantly. It would be a good option though.

It doesnt meen you can control you pets, it makes the relationships go up ... say if your sim went up to the gnome, and clicked on directly control pets, your pets would be best friends

Use the cheat gnome (L,L,R,X,X,up). use the cheat statue(L,L,triangle,X,X,up). then press (triangle,up,left,down,right,R). go to town square, and click the statue (its blank). click "give sim simoleans"

Go to town square, and go over to the exit arrow opposite of where you appeared. Enter in the cheat for the cheat statue there, and it will appear from thin air somewhere next to you. The difference between the cheat gnome and the cheat statue is simply that the cheat gnome can be used only at your house, while the cheat statue can be used only in Town Square. If you can't find the cheat statue, keep entering in the cheat at town square at the opposite arrow from where you entered, and it will eventually appear.
How did you even get the gnome in the flipping yard? oh my god I have done it once, but now I cant get it back no matter what cheat I use, and it seems to only appear in the town square for me ... PLEASE TELL ME ! ! !

It depends on the layouts of the houses. It only works with the very FIRST layouts you start with. Trust me, I know!

Well at the beggining. the kitty palace when you do the code it will appear at your house just outside. but unfortunetely if you move house or renovate it will appear at town square

Yes you can build up relationships with that person, if you created 2-4 persons on your house in the start of the game, you can kick them out of the house then you can marry one of them.. But having a baby? No.. Having a puppy/kitten? Yes..
