No, A2 is wrong, you can get to level 99, but only after you beat the game. At any rate, I cant believe you havent been prompted for the spirit part of the game. Just keep going to the dried well in the northern -sector of the island at night and you are sure to get one.

Get Exodia and a card called satelite canon. Also get a bunch of millenium shields, magic cylinders, and that card that switches your attack and defence(for millenium shield). READ INFO ON SATELITE CANON!

What I did was make a stall deck to keep him from attacking. Then I summoned satilite cannon and waited 8 turns. I equiped it with a card that lets you attack directly ( cant remember what it was) this beat him

Yes you can when you get to level 2 and have done all the lighthouse stuff jaden will barge in an ask for a duel!

Play the story and you can play sartyr you play banner in the story one time and after you beat the game you can play any guys you want.

Once you see alexis talking to zane at the light house, a little bit later, jaden comes in and asks to duel. Once you get to around lvl 7 or so about anyone will duel, but only is tick of the blue kid called torimaki untill he duels you then you duel chaz, move on with the game, andprof. sartyr is available to duel. If you beat all of the puzzles in the reference room, he won't be there alot, so yo can duel him at that point.
Q:I am stuck battling kagemaru the second time when he has Uria, what am I suppose to do to defeat him? I have beat him previously but all it does is send me to the dorm and make it seem like I just had a nightmare and I have to battle him over and over again

You have to defeat him by letiing him sumon uria and depleting his lp

It's the same with all of them, when they are summoned go all out and destroy it and you can win. what I do is duel normally until his LP are low and wait the duel out until he summons it.

Beat uria and then make his life points 0

Bring himdown to a very low amount of health points and wait until he summons uria. Have a few copies of he card called satelite cannon because each turn that it doesn't attack, it gain 1000 atk points. If you attack, it's attack wil go back don to 0. Don't wory, it can't benormally targeted for an attack

What I did is make your deck have alot of traps and spells like trap hole,bottomless trap hole,WAVE MOTION CANON and you will get a big advantage if you have Gravity bind...... hope ull win :)

Get a lot of cards with reversal like efects (like magic sylinder) and cards that can stall attacks. Also get exodia, satelite canon, and a few millenium shields( if you get these get the card that switches attack and defence, I think it's called shield sword).
Q:I'm lv 20 and I dont have a spirit or anything. wen do I get 1?

Just go through the game 4 a while and you wil get 1

If you play it right, the spirit called jerry bean warior will call out to you at night and a dried up well will apear at north area. It happened to me at the middle of the begginingof the game if there isn't a dried p well, you aint going to get a spirit.I think you get spirit exp by playing the card of the spirit which you get when you get the spirit, but I don't know.

What A1 said but you can still encounter some of the spirits before then, they ust won't come with u, like star boy and hane- hane. I haven't even fought bastion once.
I have fought people 20 times as a low level and less times as a higher one. I think the higher your school rank is, the less duels it takes to register someone.

Well its quite simple. you battle them lots f times once I had to battle someone 25times to register them....... not 5 he lies!......it can be more then 5!

Equip that adhesive explosive spirit and its easier to register people
The card of the spirit has to be in your deck when you duel. When you fight with it on the field, it'll gain experience after you win the duel. The experience varies and it'll take a while, but after some time, you'll have three cards of that spirit.
Duel someone who has a different one and after about 20 wins with each one, you get theirs. some of them are: Tania-amazoness disk, Camula-Vampire disk, Kaibaman-BEWD disk, Abidos III-egyptian disk, and Admiral-jeweled disk

You can also play against someone with Yu-Gi-Oh! Nightmare Troubadour and get Old Duel Disk and Old Clothes. Use the computer in the dorm and home on Troubadour.
