If my opponet or I tackle each other what should I do to beat him ?!

Well about this question ,, some times beating your opponet is not so easy for example : my player has 300 attack my opponet has 1200 defence ,, in that case I will lose the ball easily but if I have 1200 I will beat the opponet easily... so I prepared some buttons maost times help you beat your opponet
