The reason the mad dog mission is not working is because you used to many cheat code and the same thing happend to me so I put low gravity cheat on went to the truck and mad dog jumed off but did not die took the truck by him but he keeps jumping then he will jump for the last time get the truck by him and he will go in the bring him to the hospital.
After the movie dont move CJ just look all around or on your map for a blue dot and take the truck. you follow madd dogg every where he goes by pressing (X) to go forwered and (SQUARE) to go back after he jumps take him to the hospital with out hitting any cars or building, cause he will lose his life.
First you have to set a cheat where your wanted level stays the same forever then go out on your jetpack and you wont have the police after you for a 5 star wanted level.
I havent accually tried this cheat yet but I heard that you spawn the hydra cheat and just fly trou the area. the specific reason you have to spawn the hydra is the moment you get into that curently locked area, a place where you arent susposed to be in yet the authoritys will try to take you down hard with stuff like hydras.

If you go to the train bridge (sorry I dno wot its called but its red) that connects san fierro to the 3rd island and fly on the top of it you will see a platform wit it on. sorry if dis dint help -Answer by:joelf07
Go to the restricted area near the abandoned air port then put in the never wanted cheat (circle,right,circle,right,left,square,triangle,up) use jet pack to get over the fence and you will have acess to a hummer, a f1 fighter jet, tanks, and a officer transporter.
Thats not a gf thats a prostitute, there are only 6 gf in the game, 2 from the main story line and the rest are in specialy selected places and you have to have specific stats to make them your gf. ie. muscle, fat, sex appeal
For me I found da goggles next 2 da big ear once but they werent there wen I looked 4 them a second time. I also found da goggles in a computer room in da restricted area but wen I looked 4 them again in dat same exact spot they werent there 2
