You first go to the third island then go to the air port go to the garage in it it should be there.

Theres this deserted town I dont kno what its called but theres an airport and if you havnt gotten your lisence if you go around theres a lower part in the fence.jump over that. then if you run for a minute you will c 2 planes

If you go to las vetorus (island 3) go to the airport and there is a massive garage go in that and there shoud be a giant plane in there if you cant get in the garage get a jet pack and fly to the top of the garage and come back down it shold be open

you should freez the cops first and then go to the big garage and wait for the door to open. it isnt alwas their so just close it and wait fo a little bit . if you no the jet pak cheat then fly to the roof and look down to make sure
