there are a lot of water codes that makes the water level go from 4ft to

I kinda know it. its a glitch actully. Go to the ganton gym ,go nside, get jetpack, go next to the door where the arrow is,fly up on the arrow all the way up you 'll be on top of the gym ,jump down with a parachute, once you get all the way down San Andreas will look gray,like underwater. -Answer by:lilray1234

Actually, there is a way you can transfer a PC Mod to the game. Look up PS2 Slide Card and Swap Magic v3.3 Combo, or just buy an MDS4 EZI Mod-Chip, or if that doesn't work get a USB eXtreme External USB Hard Drive Loader for all PS2 and PS2 Slimlconsoles.

territory glitch codes these will unlock gang territory in all 3 cities. this

at the back side of the house, and one appears in san fierro next zeros
rc shop in the little back alley, think it appears after you beat the go kart

You have to beat san fierro then your gone to go to the desert and in
a mission your going to have to buy the old air strip were you can go
to flying school

If the cheat does not work you can do this:
Take a gun like tec -9 or sawn -off shotgun, and keep firing them at the wheel of any car . If you are low on ammunition use this code:
L1, R1, Square, R1, Left, R2, R1, Left, Square, Down, L1, L1.
after sometime your skill for that gun will get full and then you will be able to hold two guns at a time . But some guns you cannot have two at a time even if you have max stats for that weapon -Answer by:champ826
