You first go to the third island then go to the air port go to the garage in it it should be there.

Theres this deserted town I dont kno what its called but theres an airport and if you havnt gotten your lisence if you go around theres a lower part in the fence.jump over that. then if you run for a minute you will c 2 planes
If you go to las vetorus (island 3) go to the airport and there is a massive garage go in that and there shoud be a giant plane in there if you cant get in the garage get a jet pack and fly to the top of the garage and come back down it shold be open
