You have to go to flipside outskirts and go right and down the pipe then go left all the way untill you get to a sign then flip and take the passage way to the right, then once you are all the way to the other side deflip and go over to the left until you come to 2 blocks then flip again, get on top of the upper block and deflip then turn into Peach and float across the blocks in the air going right. Keep floating until you get to the heart pillar and place the pure heart in.

The blocks shift the pipe. Hit one a certain amount of times to make the pipe go to a room with treasure chests in it. Flip to exit the room to where the locked door was.
You need a key for the door that is close to the small red thing on tyhe floor. After you enter there will be a crag person that will give you dottie.
Go down as far as you can, near the locked door and flip to 3d and you'll fall thru the floor. Using thoreau pick up one of the cragnon (?) and stand on the red switch to make it go down. then a pipe will come up. go down the pipe and you have go thru a series of doors and pipes. when you find a room that has a drawing of a skull on the wall, point tippi at it and a key will fall out. use this key to unlock the door and there you will find dottie
Flip to 3d near the locked door right at the bottom, then drop down through the hole in the floor. Using THoreau, pick up one on the guys and stand on the red switch to make a pipe appear. Go down the pipe and go through a series of doors and pipes until you find the room with a skull drawn on the wall. Point Tippi at the skull and a key will drop out. Use this key to unlock the door and you'll find Dotti.

If you are talking about the star block at the end of a chapter you just stand under it and press 2 to jump.
Stand on the red brick thing and push "-" and "1" at the same time...it unlocks the star block from the bricks...good luck. it took me forever to figure it out.
