Crackdown

At Diaz's garage,if you killed him,there will be Los Muertos cars.
At the Shai-Gen's mutant lab(I don't know the real name.)after you killed the docter theres Shai-Gen vehicles parked outside.
At the oil plant(just at the end of Tunnel 2 in The Agency)there should be Volk cars parked on the road going through it.
Note:In order to use these confisacted vehicles at any time,the generals need to be killed.

You can bcause I did on my xbox and you can change the colors but when I used this game on a different xbox 360 it didnt work so im not sure

You can get stuff from an SUV,plus you can jack people out of their cars,o and by the way you can jack every single car in the game.The last car you will notice is the black car that has machine guns,and more weapons,in other words,it is your Spy car or you can call it the Spy Hunter car.
You can jack cars and upgrade your driving level to get better agent stuff

First you need some sort of internet connection for your Xbox 360 and once you have the internet on the Xbox 360 you can go to the far left tab wich says Xbox live market place and you go to the game store and select the all games category because Crackdown is fairly old, and the list is in Alphabetical order. Scroll down until you find Crackdown the click it the you should see a lot of results. All you need to do it find the one that say "Free For All Pack" select it.
This pack will unlock the keys to the city function in Crackdown, which means you can have unlimited health, unlimited ammo, all vehicles impounded, Super Speed, Super Endurance, All Skills Maxed out including the ability to spawn Explosive barrels, Ramptrucks and Various Agency Vehicles.
But unfortunately there is a catch to this - The Keys to the City function disables Achievements, Saving, and LeaderBoards.
This pack will unlock the keys to the city function in Crackdown, which means you can have unlimited health, unlimited ammo, all vehicles impounded, Super Speed, Super Endurance, All Skills Maxed out including the ability to spawn Explosive barrels, Ramptrucks and Various Agency Vehicles.

Its on volk island.you can start off from the "storage facility" supply point and make your way past the oil rig and there'll be an island .my suggestion to take him out is to go from the back and just throw grenades.preferrably cluster grenades found near the Shai Gen.
