What are all the items for chapter two that I have to get.?

The bookmark in the box.....ive been flipping the box at all angles for 10 minutes now - how the hell do you get the bookmark out?

I have treied turning the box over and flipping for for a very long time now, losing patience now to be honest....is there a certain direct or combination of turns you need to do to dislodge the bookmark?

On Chapter 10 - ive put the graphite lead onto the power suply - comp is now working - ive written set the number dial to 15 above the power button - as this was the number that is on the back of the picture of dunning & jenny - ive typed both the codes in and it revealed osterzne is dunning smith - but then nothing else happens - when I try to move away form the comp - hyde says "i wonder what the numbers are for above the power" or something like that - what have I done worng? please help
