I think the "glowing hex" is the capsul aldus (mr. x) came in. walk to the left or right side of the capsul and, facing the capsul, press "A". then drag the cube you want to read to the top of the bottom screen and then read it. the animation on the top screen shows 2 hexagons (6 sided shapes) scanning the cube you picked.

Also if you need to and have a ds action replay than just google cheat codes for spectrobes on the ds action replay but if you get or already have it ,it should already have the code

Tap the holes from 1-7 to get items minerals or spectrobes.
The tally above tells you where the numbers & letters are. you always have 2 press the corners first, then 3 more places. for example, is says to press 1243. that means you tap the top-left corner, then the top-right corner, then the bottom right corner and then the botom-left corner. it will then say 3 letters (in the grid above). for example, E B F. this means that you tap to the left of the first 'the' on the second line of text. (a few centimetres). then for B, you tap a few cm above the word 'the' on the FIRST line of text, and finally you tap the letter 'd' of the word 'card' for F. if you have tapped the right spots, it will say 'ACESS GRANTED' and you will get something. It is pretty complicated, but it is worth doing it. I hope this helps you!

You need a Tau Cube to acsess the nintendo WFC but a wireless router for it to work.

The diamond mineral has no purpose but to give it to cyrus in exchange for the blue keystone. if you use the action replay to get tons of diamonds, then you cant do anything with them. the game wont let you do anythin with them because diamonds are part of the storyline, and only 1 can be obtained without cheats. it can't be fed to spectrobes or sold, and you can't give it to cyrus either.
You can't feed diamond, gold, stuff like that, but they're useful because they're worth a LOT of GURA/MONEY!
Use your geo special to break the shields.
Easy, keep atacking until it wont work then use the geo.After using the geo, hit it with 3 or 4 fully charged ch attacks,when it doesnt work anymore,hit it with regular attacks until it dies.

The answer is to get the relic crystal in the ice planet(near the last planet)t. to get it you need to turn both switches on each side and go to the middle , the door will be open then you will find out the planet is manmade, you send the planet's light(looks like a hollow half oval or round) then you can go to the area two of genshi to get the falme geo. the relic crystal will negate the flow of lava the geo will be on a table.

I have absolutely no idea what this so-called "glowing hex" is. but I read the other answers to your question before I started typing so I think I know what you are asking. you are asking "how do I analize cubes?" or I think that is your question anyway. if you have a new cube, talk to aldus (mr. x) and he will say what the new cube says. if you want to see a cube you have already shown to aldus (mr. x) then go to his capsul (left or right side, it doesnt matter) and press "A". then drag a cube to the spot at the top of the screen and you can read what the cube says.

First go to the dimond planet and push the two switches on the right and left teleporters.Then go to the strait teporter and up the stairs and to the control panels and you will be able to move the planet.Point its tip to meido and a laser will shoot it destroying the black vortexes

Go to Himuro. Hit the switches past the left and right teleporters. You have to go up rock steps on the right one. Then go through the north teleporter. Go up the steps and into the final room. Finally, change Himuro orbit so the top faces the sun.

Get 2 danaphant tuskas and the corona suit the danaphants can only take one damaga and have 115 hp and they can heal you and keep using specials.
If you try to get hit bythe big krawl you will eventully get your health back

All you have to do is get to the top with a corona suit with powerful corona spectrobes (if you don't have strong corona one's get potions and use them before the boss) and keep useing your special, sometime's the boss may get stunned for a sec so when he is you should attack with your stronger spectrobe, then run. You should eventually kill him.
Shoot, I got my spectrobes to lvl 128, and just kept the boss in my view at all times.
Use a spikenor and a aobor apex punch it and then attack whit spikenor

The diamond is in the middle of the tree but you can only find it with a child spectrobe that can live in the red enviroment. I dont what type of spectrobe it is. I know it is not a flash spectrobe
Its in the middle of the tree you need a Coroma child spectrobe and the child spectrobe has to be able to find minerals.
You just need a child spectobe that can find minerals I used a flash spectrobe (Aoi from Aopod)

Well actually Diamond mineral since you can only get it once except by action replay but evovled minerals effect makes and spectrobe evolve but the last form and you could get a evolved mineral by beating 30 waves but ruby gives the Best minergy but of course any mineral could be good it depends on the reason why you need it but for me I think ruby is good and gold well if you sell it you get 100000 gura so well I hope this helps! : D

For Geo 1, get the relic crystal from Himuro. Then go to area 2 of Genshi. The relic crystal will stop lava flows. Then go to a giant pool of lava. There are three lava flows around it. Stop all 3 and go into the center to find the flame geo.

On ech planet lok for a vortex that is darker than the rest,DEFEAT THEM
You attack it until it uses its forcefeild then you use youre geo and it will break the sheild and then attack it until it starts healing then find a good spot and use the glove over and over again un til it dies.(its hard but I beat him 6 times like that.
Make sure you have a Spikanor in your battle team and when he starts healing use his normal attack
Easy!All you need is all of your strongest spectrobes,total antidote, and wing geo.The best two in front,other as supports[I used Spikanor and another Spikanor].Attack with your strongest until a barrier protects it.Then,use the wing geo[full ch charge works best] and will destroy the barrier.Hit with the weaker one,and he will heal itself.Continue hitting it with the strongest one,and....BAM!you beat the last boss!HOPE I HELPED!

It deos'nt restart. U carry on when it saves.
Dont stop the credits rolling! I had the same prolem but keep them going until the end! then it says it will sve (if you skip then IT DOES NOT SAVE!)
In some games when you beat the final boss or story part it goes back to that end part after the credits, that way you get to have fun beating the last boss over and over. even though spectrobes starts back at the end of the game, you still have won the game anyway. if the game didn't go back to the final krawl boss, then the whole nanario galexy would have no krawl to beat up and train on. thus you would have to keep restarting your game. you can keep training spectrobes and excavating minerals for as long as you like. just think of this: if it continued after the krawl dissapered then there would be no krawl anywhere. it would be pretty boring.

Member the sign that said do not enter (its the far thest point for the ship) well go inside . go past the giant spiderweb after you go through the cave looking place then look around for a path that looks like the mountainwas cut in half . well your going to go through two or three of those.your going to go through three or four of those ccave kinda things.you know your there when you see a REALLY big tree that has fallen over go up that tree and after you fight the leader krawl look at the spot where the krawl was and escavate there.
Make sure your searcher is NOT nagu and that you have average spectrobes. go to table top mountain (Daichi, pass the place that sats do not enter) then go to the peak and beat the boss. after you kill him, search the place where he once stood. (on the big tree where you fought him) search the middle and you will find a mineral. thats the diomand! dig and take to cyrus. good luck!

If you used action replay at the start of the game. He, for some reason wont accept the cubes.... I found this out the hard way -

He already looked at those cubes so try to find new ones and if you forget which ones you have press A by the egg shaped machine behind him and it will show all the cubes you've found so far :)
You tried to give him a cube you already gave him. when your mining press l or r and then look at the top screen somewhere it will tell you what type of cube it is. do this and youll never give him the same cube twice
You game is very very glitched, it could break the whole system if you dont throw it away

If you have an action replay use the all items code and use the wing geo to use this charge up your attack by pressing and holding a when its full press y and it'll say, X Geo the geo will do 298 damage x2 this will kill him.

You need to have two dark spectrobes. Make sure they have a high HP and a high ATK.
There are these purple and black tornadoes that you beat. you have to find one and beat all 50 or 70 battles without losing and when you beat them all you get the mineral
When you find big vortexes you complete 30 battles and you get 1
Go to the planet Nessa and go to area 2 then go through three of the same rock formations.When you go through the third rock formation look for a vortex in the ground.Oh and its color is sort of a faded purple.

Well thats easy! All you have to do is get the upsilon cube found at genshi area 1 in the forest it may be difficult to find it though But if I got it wrong its not my fault Because I have not done this in a long time because I was trying to get SPECTROBES and got all of them!
Actually its in the planet with the HQ. go down from the spaceship and right and search near the tree
Go to planet kollin.go down and into that blu tube thing.there should be a big tree.search near it and u'll find an upsilion cube.give it to aldous and the input machine should be there.
Green Keystone - Kollin at the Museam speak too that guy.. He will give it too you. Then you will have too go too the ruins, where you got the red keystone.. place the green one there.. nothing happens, he relises he needs the red one, go my too Cyrus and you will have too do somthing for him too get it back ^^ (Hope this helps!)
You need to talk to proffeser kate to get the the red keystone and then she'll give you a letter then go speak to the the guy standing in front of the green keystone in the museum and he'll give you the green keystone then talk to cyrus he'll tell you that you'll have to get the diamond mineral from the second planet.
The red keystone is with professer Kate ask her for it and she tells you about the ruins being a ship, and the blue one is with cyrus and he wants the diamond mineral for and trade.
Just look for three dots in da ground then scan!
