He's in kibombo near the gabomba statue but you must use lash near the entrance of kibombo bec. you cant get past those crowd in front. dont worry about that puddle of water that you can use frost in. bec you can jump on the roof of the houses. there you'll meet piers.

If you had journeyed far enough to gain the item that enables you to use "Burst",the use it to remove the big rock.Hope that helps. -Answer by:FunkyFresh
It works all you have to do is go on the minne rock and use burst and I think you get burst at tundra tower it is south and you will get the center prong for the trident hope I am a big help!:)
Well you use burst wicth you will get at tundra tower (south) and you need to lurn parch to explore the tower and it is NOT A LIGHTHOUSE! hope I waz a big help :) -Answer by:sper201
