Yes you get to be venom. Meteorite fragments are for venom emblems are for BLACK SUITED SPIDERMAN not venom you collect meteorites you get VENOM not Spidermans black suit venom
You get Venom & a1 you don't have to tell him/her that much
If you have the collecters edition you can get venom if you have the regular version then you can only be black suited spiderman sorry but sadly its true

I always climb there.It is the tallest building.The EASY way to go high is go to the go far and you will see a stick there when your there press the button to climb make sure that you will not go the other side and jump or you will fall

Ok.what you have to do is be smart and dodge his attacks. when he misses, you attack.now at first you should'nt do that because he is easy to hurt. but after he starts to glow, you must dodge his attack combo and after the completes the combo, attack cuz' he be too slow to recover

Go to setttings in the menu and change super hero to side kick
Keep vaulting and then press triangle for a hit then square for another hit and repeat the process :P
Ok I beat venom many times at first hes easy just hit him a few times then he will go to his next mode ( when the black suit on him starts to have the symbiote goo as tentacles come out). then just hit him then DODGE! because he does a painful combo after the combos done hit him some more (keep repeating this) then he will go into mode three he is most powerful in this mode (you also cant hurt him in this mode). if its the first time you fight him hit the triangle button (for PS2) and you will then throw him in the air and harry will hurt him. BADLY! he will then go back to normal mode and keep repeating this untill venom dies
Keep on doing this combo square square square triangle don't do any more or he will do a combo on you
Use a lot of upgrades to defeat venom. when he is hard to hit get near him and then stand back while he punches ans you can hit him.
Hit him at the start of the battle. then dodge his combos. when he's finished with the combo hit him in the back. when you get the chance use web cannon a keep repeating. you'll beat him with a lot of practice.
