When the story made is complete, i´v been searching for some guys who teach you a new jutsu.One of them, is kakashi, who finally decides to teach naruto his own chidori,the one from ANBU kakshi´s jutsu "Young lightning".Just win a fight with his condictions, and you´ll get it

I used: Down + O + O Down + O + O it will make him unable to attack you because he is at the ground most of the time

You dont get the fan from him, you get it from the tanzaku town merchant
I'm not sure when but some time during gameplay you can talk to Temari and be able to buy the fan and learn wind scythe jutsu. Then you go away and come back and talk to her again to be able to buy the other fan and learn her other jutsu.

Simple use 3x chakra,rasengan then you will change to fox notice that you will have full chakra keep attacking like mad with the fox do not let the fox go or you will hav no chakra left.Note use rasengan and make foes life half
Before leaveing the village make sure his attac is maxed on custimize it will be so easy and it will help you with the fight with kobuto

There is 31 if you look in the guide book that comes with the game on page 22 it says jutsu learned 31.

Use the d-pad to highlight the element and do the same thing to highlight the password's animals

Lol when you go to naruto's house you can choose view items and input password. anywayz you can find those passwords anywhere by using google =] hope this helped
