Stealthily and in da back
Well in the game meleeing is good aginst lower ranked brutes.
The only enemies I wouldnt use melee against is enemies with melee weapons such as the gravity hammer or energy sword or hunters otherwise melee is good cuz if the enemy has a powerful weapon and you start to melee them they cant get off a shot -Answer by:jose101

2 melee attacks'll take out the grav hammer brutes overshields. If you get him in the back another time he dead.
A1 is right, and just throw grenades AROUND(they WONT stick) the chieften (aka grav hammer guy). also use plasma weapons (especially charged plasma pistols) to get rid of chieftan shield.

The grunt b-day skull isnt an acheivment skull. only the skulls that are difficult to acquire are acheivment skulls.to activate the grunt birthday skull go to the campaign options before you start a mission there should be a big mess of skulls go to the grunt b-day skull and press A on it. -Answer by:jose101
It is not on your achivements list b/c is a silver skull
Its a silver so you dont get one for it.
B4 you enter a campaighn mission press "X" or the blue button and itll show all the skulls you collected and press on the gruny b-day skull but since its not a gold skull it wont be an acheivment
It's silver there are 13 skulls in total to unlock 9 gold 4 silver. the gold unlock acheivments.
You have to do it on nomal or harder
You only find most skulls in normal dificulty (the fog skull in legendary)
Start the Sierra 117 mission on normal or higher. once the pelicans come to pick you up after freeing Johnson, dont get on them go to the left there should be some pipes get on top of those. above and right of the pipes should be a walkway. go alll the way to the end of the walkway look down and the iron skull should be there. if this is confusin you go on to Youtube and type in iron skull some vids should show you were it is -Answer by:jose101
Wrong the fog skull I got in normal or uu can do it on a higher difficulty a.k.a heroic legendary
First of all, you can get all the skulls on any difficulty except easy, and you have to start the mission from the beginning. not from a "rally point"

You cant "unlock" the elephant. go to custom matches n clik on Sandtrap the elephant is in that map. Sandtrap is the only place in the game were the elaphant appears.it never appears in campaign. -Answer by:jose101

Personally, I think the plasma pistol best(i know, crazy, but carge up & it destroyes all sheild or deactivates a vehicle, but not the turrets on it, so its awesome) but, a1 and a2 r right

Hey man! Look the game Halo 3 is going to be coming out for the computer soon enough! But your going to need the required system settings, like windows vista! But if you have a crap computer that doesnt even have enough memory space then dont bother spending $700 upgrading your computer and get yourself a 360 for like $500 for the halo 3 edition 360 or something like that! And no way will Halo 3 come out of anyother system, besides the computer, because they have a signed deal with the makers of the 360. And if you can't affored the system then your going to have to get a job because there's no place in the world will have a used 360 because of the fact of a warrenty people get for there system, or the fact that if they were going to sell a used system it most likely would not work and you lost a good amout of money and are kicking yourself in the head. I found that elites can jump higher, and if you got E.O.D(which stands for explosive ordanance disposal), you can throw grenades a bit farther, the bazooka is more accurate, and tripmines do less damage to u. -Answer by:LordGame

they r stand off, rats nest, and foundry. they all rock.( I couldnt wait & bought them instead of waiting), but foundry is basically a detailed version of the map the pit, but nearly ALL scenery is forge, so have fun rearanging them however you like.

You can. I have lots of times. this si all you need to do,
go up to the wraith and hold RB
Once your are on the top pf the wraith press B and keep on pressing B untill the two brutes fly out of it.
Then go to the side of it and If it is not too damaged you can drive it.

I made a cheat 4 this, but here it is anyway- kill the guy on the turret, then melee where the hatch to drive it is, when it opens, melee once more, crouch, and if you get somewhere where it doesnt say "hold rb to board", but you can still see the brute inside, hold rb while shooting. when brute dies, you r the pround new owner of an aa wraith. DO NOT get out or flip it unless you ready to give it up. if you get out it goes KABOOM! when you get it you will see why you not supposed to drive it. its WAY too powerful to be trusted with us.(at least me, cuz if I get a firecracker, well, back off, and with an aa wraith with 6 fuel rod guns mounted on it, well, id run to the nearest place that can withstand a nuke) -Answer by:LordGame
1. Kill gunner if there is one 2. Melle hatch until you can see the brutes head 3.Crouch down and hold down RB without hyjacking the Wraith 4.Shoot the brute in the head and you should be able to get in!
P.S. I've only been able to kill the driver with a Battle Rifle. I think the carbine, beamrifle, and sniper rifle will work too. No guarentees. If you get out, the Wraith will explode.

Ya. they r 1-look on he wheels of the warthogs. they have "puma" written on them. thats what griff suggested calling the warthog in episode 2 of rvb. 2- also look on the back of the bullets in theater. chief is so awesome he wrote his name,"chief" on the back of all of them. 3- also, to play the last part of the last level with a mongoose, go down the hill right after you get the warthog. theres a mongoose down there. get on it and you can play that part with the mongoose. BUT thats the only mongoose. its not like the warthog where theres one at every checkpoint

Also thanks unknown person for telling me those easter eggs. theyre all there. and, I found a grunt right before the jump onto the frigate on the halo mission, at the edge of an arch like thing made of rock. he is HILARIOUS! cuz he acts like that one guy from seinfield, george conastanza.(i know I spelled it wrong) anyway, dont park the warthog near him. the arbiter will kill him if you do. a word of warning- if you decide to see him, you will die if you decide to see the whole scene, cuz it takes about a minute to finish. the ground will have been destroyed by then. -Answer by:LordGame
On the last Mission once you get 2 the top b4 the flood comes at you if you jump on the doorway and fallow it over, make a couple jumps you can get 2 Johnson kill him twice and you'll have a spartan lasor with unlimited ammo, which works on all difficulties. Also on legendary/co-op(must be on both of those 2 work) once you kill spark on your way out under the ramp that took you up to the top level there are four ghosts that you can use on the final stretch of the level but it's tricky to navigate the cliffs.

It actually is Linktacular. Register for bungie.net and connect that account with your xbox gamertag. Get 5 other people to do that also and play a game of rumble Pit. The medal might not show, but will show on your profile on bungie.net. A way to tell if people have linked with bungie.net is look at their name in a party, and look to the right. there you will see the seventh column symbol, if they have linked.

To perform a grenade jump you have to through a grenade at your self then like 1 or 2 seconds before explosion jump.

Hit start, go to save and quit, you just ended the part, but if you go back to that lvl, you'll start again from the last checkpoint you went through. Simply put, checkpoints save.
On forge? if so, go to start & press SAVE

Two possibilities:1)you kill your ally accidentaly(or purposely) or 2)you kill the Arbiter and made him angry and hurt his feelings and he isn't happy about it and wants revenge. -Answer by:MatthewNg
Well, either you were killing allies, or it's some sort of glitch. Although I find the glitch part very unlikely. A note- Will Arbiter actually kill you if you try killing him? I've done it quite a few times before, but mostly at the light bridge part by throwing a grenade and watching him roll off to get away from it.
P.S. Yeah, he's right. Don't bother trying to kill him for his sword, it sucks. You get like one or two hits in it.

Yeah that happened to me too, I was just rescuing the workers and then I thought I was shooting at a brute and It turned out I was shooting at the Arbiter. When my dad plays he always wacks the Arbiter with his gun because in the beggining when the Arbiter says: All who serve the propits will be puinished he thinks that that is him and he whacks him. He still does it because every time the Arbiter says "prophit" he thinks that he is the prophit. I sware my dad is going to get himself killed by the Arbiter some day.

I think the ghost is the best you can run people over realy quick and if their fast and jump over your ghost just shoot them with the lasers. All you have to really worry about though is the rocket launchers and grenade launchers. The downside though is that it scks in places that have a lot of obstacles to maneuver around becuse while your doing that someone could sneak up and blow you to pieces or hijack it

If you set off a chain reaction with a spartan laser with 1 direct laser hit, you will also get credit for the secondary explosion as a 2 for 1. IE: Destroy a ghost killing the driver and an enemy standing next to the ghost when it explodes or Destroy a fusion panel in a wall with a spartan laser, hitting 1 and setting off the fusion panels to kill another enemy in the hallway.
That completely depends on personal preferance, or the situation. if you are in a close range battle, and you need to attack really fast, shotguns and energy swords are the best. if you need to snipe, a beam rifle or sniper rifle is the obvious choice. at a medium range, theres alot oof choices. but overall, its down to what you're good at andwhat you have at the moment. my personal favorite is the energy sword. its fast, deadly, and silent. -Answer by:LordGame
I totally agree with A1, except for about the sword being the best, but I really cant choose my favorite.
I personally like to have a sniper rifle with a shotgun or energy sword, although it really does depend.
Spartan laser
Believe it or not the plasma pistol is probley the best (if you know how to use it) charge it up and you can whack out brute sheilds making them defenless, take out wraths and other veiacals by imbolizing them to get close enought to plant a gernade, and last it has pin point acuracy so you can use your binoculars and use it as a sniper weopon
There is no best weapon bugie made the guns so that they would be even to everyone else playing but in my opinoin the grenades are the best thing if you no how to use them properly as they can be used in any situation close range, long range, to get rid of crowds and vehicles and the bonus is there is lots of them to pick up if you kill somone you get more. -Answer by:DJBillyBob

Not impossible just hard. ok iv never shot 6 bullets at the same time but some how I think it was a bug or somthin but the game made my br go into ar mode (which you cant do) and shot all my bullets at any thing infront of me result me getting my assed kicked by like 20 marines, 3 wraiths , and like 7 brutes

Lood gulch is way different than valhalla. there is no sea on blood gulch and red vs blue is from blood gulch, which is way diferent than Vallhalla.

Ok ok. To Clear this up. Banshees are there, but not on specific weapon changes in matchmaking, such as Shotty Snipes, or Team BRs. This is because the banshee, in some instances, causes unfair advantages to people wanting a missle pod, but all the can find is a shotty or a sniper.
What if your a good sniper? then, you can shoot em' even from that little slot in the back of the banshee. I know of 1 guy that is- cyborgC02. hes tough! but he sucks at close range -Answer by:LordGame

Onyx, thats the forerunner homeworld fom 1 or 2 halo-based books. there are some spartans and cortana's huiman counterpart(dr. Halsey) living there cuz they were trapped there by the covenant or flood(i cant remember). dont get your hopes up- all the forerunners died when beta halo lit a LONG time ago.

Battle Rifle because its has more ammo and accurate and more powerful.

Well personally the Battle rifle. Against the flood, it takes them down relativley easy. And if you hit them toward the top of their body/ head with it they usually falls with about 6 rounds (2 shots). In multiplayer the carbine will always win it takes about 4-5 shots at their head and they will die were as the battle riffle you nearly nead to use a full clip to kill them.
The carbine shoots faster and is more ammo efficiant. But there is more battle rifle ammo in campain than there is carbine.

I don't have halo 3 but I use to and the battle rifle was my fav weapon and I can hardly kill anything with the carbine.
Sniper rifle because 1. The sniper rifle doesn't overheat 2. I like the targeting reticle on it better 3. You can get more ammo for it 4. I just like the sniper better. This is just my opinion.
What I have to say is when you pick it up the beam rifle it atomatically has full ammo were when you pick up the sniper rifle it has only 2 spare clips and A2 you are wrong as the beam rifle shoots more shots than the sniper rifle only buy 1-3 though the only thing good about the sniper rifle is that if you run out of ammo you can get more but with the beam rifle you have to find a whole new gun.
