I got to a point where only Ulquiorra and Aizen are left and I compleated arcade mode with gin and it didnt unlock Ulquiorra what do I do to fix this I realy want Aizen.?

How to beat episode mode with hanataro yamada?

All I did was hold down the B-button and move my remote side to side nonstop through every fight. it stuns your opponent enough to keep hitting them. don't forget to set difficulty to easy and match time to 30 seconds.

I'm having trouble unlocking all the 2nd voices for the characters. Right now I only have 6 more to unlock: Ikkaku, Yumichika, Mayuri, Komamura, Hisagi, and Unohana's voices. Would someone please tell me how to unlock these voices so that I can get Urahara's Captian Uniform?

Right, this varies for different characters.
Some will need Arcade mode once or twice. A few will need their Episode mode repeated.

However, for the 6 you need, it's arcade mode once or twice this is excuding Unohana. She's an additional character who can only be your menu navigator, so i'm pretty sure they're the only voices she has.

Their voices are unlocked by completing Zaraki, Arturo and (eugh) Hanatarou for a second time in Episode mode. This is 100% accurate as I just achieved it 5 minutes prior to writing this answer.
[For the sake of defeating Hanatarou's episode mode, have a 30 second time limit and AI on easy. Hit and run tactics are best.]

For Ikkaku and Yumichika, you have to go and play Hanataro's story mode again. And play eveybody else in arcade mode once or twice. This is not including Onohona I don't think you can get anymore voices for her.
