Heavenly Sword
Keep on dodging the waves she creates then shell be stunned for a little bit run up and do a power attack on her.
To block the waves you use the ranged attack and to block those other things you evade them but time it right cause they can turn slightly.

Actually, beat the waves with square ranged attack, and the through the water bullet type attack with ranged triangle.
Your supposed to doge the waves then run up to her and kick her butt and keep doing that!
When she is doing her water attacks keep on trying to run up closer to her because she only feels weak for a little while.

Go and grab a shield,bring it over to the wheel and press o to drop it.then turn the wheel, pick the shield up and throw it

Basically you need to use a hell lot of aftertouches to protect him. Firstly, take out the two snipers quickly. They are on the tower to your front left and they are dangerous. Take em down fast of you lose.
Then aim your weapon about half way across the bridge. Then as an enemy starts running towards Shen, fire and use after touch to guide the arrow to the bad guy. One shot should kill him, not matter where ya hit him.
Be careful tho, after two or so waves, or when Shen gets past the area where he was that was in shadow, the enemy starts attacking from behind. Use the screen that focuses on Shen to keep an eye out. Personally, I fired off a couple of rounds and used aftertouch to guide the arrow behind Shen to see if there were any enemies. Make sure not to let the enemies get too close to Shen, especially behind him, since aftertouch takes a while to get there. When Shen is out of your reach for shooting at the bottom of the screen, you can relax, cuz he's safe from then.
Oh, FYI, If you accidentally shoot Shen, he' dead, so don't shoot him :)

You have to beat normal mode before you can play heel mode

After you beat all of them, (there's also a bazooka in the beginning of the level as soon as you climb up the ladder), its on the back wall on the right. It opens after you clear the area.

You have to kill all the orangutangs, then the hall to the right will open and you can walk thru. You cant go thru without killing them all. HINT- when they are on the ground, they are not always dead to kill them quicker stab them while they are down ( sqaure button while standing over them)

There is nothing to shoot them in the head with. You have to use power stances and hit them several time with a power move. They dont stay down when they are on the ground, so stab them with the square button while standing over them to kill them.

Go to the options menu and turn the sixas motion sensitive thingy off for the after touch then when you shoot an arrow hold the fire button to aftertouch then guide the arrow with the right side analog stick to kill them.
I pressed Square+Triangle and then followed the code buttons....I think I killed only 2 people and left the rest paralyzed.

Just wait for them to attack you and press triangle when they're about to strike. pressing triangle put noriko in defense mode.
I heard you can go ahead and kill them, it doesn't ruin your game.

YOU have to deflect his lighting and flames, when he shoots the blue lighting you hit triangle just as it hits you to fire it back, same with the gold but you hold R1, to block the raven attack hold L1 and tap square. Another helpful hint is when you see him turning red roll and dodge. Your sword power actually doesn't inflict as much damage as reflecting his attacks. be patient

Use the aftertouch. Hold down square after firing and tilt the controller to control the arrows. Use a light touch and you should be able to guide the arrows right into the guards.

Yes the after touch is what controls you use. But the technique is a little more difficult. I got stuck on this one myself even though my aim was fairly good. You have to take out the archers before they shoot shen. Do it as quickly as possible because they dont waist any time. Then comes the first wave of soldiers from under you. Try to shoot them as soon as they come in range because if they get close to shen they move too fast and its almost impossible to kill them before they kill him. Then comes the second wave and things get tricky. You have to watch in front of shen and behind him and kill whichever soldier is closest to him. If it takes a few tries just keep at it. You figure it eventually.
You must roll in the opposite way it is comig, run up to her and slice the crap out of her! She will glow read so roll backwards and run back and hit her once again. Keep breaking the health jars for more health. You may do this 7-13 times. When 'O' comes up on the screen press it and press all the buttons it tells you to and you will kill her. Good luck.

Contray to Hikaru's answer, (although it may have worked, I am not sure) You are supposed to hold L1, then on the huge waves click square. On the smaller ones, hold L1 and press triangle. Note: Those moves cannot be switched! If you try, you will only get hurt!

there should be an open doorway for you to run through after you defeat the 6-10 large men (the ones you can only kill by shooting them through the head, for those you might need to blow up a few of the boxes lying around, or you can just run and turn and shoot one, then repeat) once you run through the doorway and run across the undefended bridge you'll see one of the shining globes next to the doorway to the west tower, press X when near this as always and you will enter a little cinimatic, this shows you the commander cowering behind some fireworks. Now heres the fun part, go back through the doorway and use the many fires going around you to light up an arrow and shoot it through the doorway of the west tower and blow up the fireworks! After that you can just run up to him and watch the cinimatic for the password! I did this with the six-axis after about three tries, you might want to do it without as it was fairly difficult getting through all the flames and beams and such to get to the commander.

What I did was I fought fox till his life was orange then when my life was low I got the jar on the floor and then do some ranged attacks on the flying fox replicas I had very little health but I did it lol it was easy
I just used ranged attacks to break them life jars.
YOu can't use range attacks to reach them, and don't waste your time trying, once you beat his dozen or so mirror images that pop out, then it will cut scene to Kia, and then you can shoot the life jars, both at one time if your good, and kill flying fox.
If you counter the Fox's air attacks with triangle when his blade is blue you can then control the blade to smash the life jars giving you more energy. Not easy but it can help when in a pinch.
Counter and aftertouch his blades. Blue = speed stance, Orange = Power. You can counter both types of blades, you have to use the aftertouch and guide it to hit the pots.

To defeat Bohan you have to chip away at his health by deflecting his attacks. He has a blue attack shot and a orange attack shot. He always uses the same hand to use these shots, so if you can't see the color beyond the guys running past you, try to see what hand he's pulling back. As he fires, press triangle like Flying fox and deflect those. It should instantly hit him (unless you're too far away, and then he'll just move to the side and dodge it).
Raven attacks: Just use L1 range attacks, easy.
Flying moves: if he laughs, dodge roll away in time because he will charge you, other times he will fire his shots to deflect.
After awhile, he will just stand there with his wings out the first time, run up to him and there should be a reaction command. (Press O to start it, and then there should be another to throw him into a catapult). Then continue to deflect his attacks and then he will just stand there again (no wings this time, just stand there and do nothing). No matter how far away you are, again you should be able to run up to him and press O, and again throw him into a building on the top of the rock wall. He'll fly back with about 1/4 of his health left, just deflect his attacks, whittle it down and then run up to him and do the final O attacks. The final reaction commands are 4 buttons total (I don't have them memorized, sorry).

Previous area, "War Machines" make sure you end the mission and defeat the catapults with a level 3 superstyle in stock. Then when you're running back to the fort, hold L1 and press circle in a dense guard area and you should get all 3 glyphs instantly.

It doesnt mean levels it means stages. when you kill a guy you get xp and if you get a combo it multiplies. when you get a certain amount of xp on a level you will get a stage. there is 3 stages to get in each level. its on the bottom of your screen. hope dis helps. -Answer by:Superandy01

I am looking for "real cheats" for this game.......like invincibility. Anyone know the cheats for heavenly sword? No criticisms about being a real gamer lol I'm not......I just like to play. But, I like to finish games quickly because, I don't have the time to play the through normally. I have spent alittle money on this game and would like to beat it. Thank you for reading

You have to use the sixaxis controls very well here to guide your arrows precisely and make head kill shots. try to get ahead and stay there. if you fall behind it gets tough. Remember when you are using the sixaxis to control the arrow time slows down and the guys running on the bridge move slower when your controlling the arrows. good luck.

I would say the same thing as the other answer, but for the first couple of guys that run through just focus on the ones in front of him, then as he gets almost to the middle of the bridge you have to start concentrating on the guys in the back, but the guys that come from under you are the most important. you really have to be on your game for that part.

JUst like all the other answers what till he glows red move out of the way then go in for the kill. Plus when he's in a spinning movement try and be in front of the lamps. Maybe I got lucky but I managed not to even get hit from him.
Its a pain but if you use speed mixed with power you can do it. it took me a few tries but I beat him.
