There, go into the place with lots of trees and press on the egg in the middle. Lati@s will challenge you. It is at level 50 Latias: Charm, Mist Ball, Recover, Psychic Latios: Dragon Dance, Recover, Psychic (I think), Luster Purge or Protect

A1: First, get to Rustboro City and head up to Route 115. Get on the beach and use Surf to cross over to the beach with the girl on it. Surf again and navigate through the rocks to get to the other beach with the people on it. These people will battle you. Have a double battle with two girls and go to the small area of low grass. Jigglypuff are waiting.
