Hi, I am Pranit Jaiswal. I can help you to solve this problem. Go to Create Mode. Edit Your Player. But when you want to increase their batting skills then at first you must decrease their bowlling or fielding skills. As decrease in any skill by pressing left directional button at particular skill, you got equal skill points. This skill points can be used to increase the other skills by pressing right directional button at that skill which you want to increase. By this process you can maintain Batting/Bowlling/Fielding Skills of your created players. I give you a suggestion that do not decrease fielding skills. Decrease all the balling skills upto zero of any created player & use these skill points to make a perfect batsman & Decrease all the batting skills of another created player upto zero & use that skill points to make a perfect bowler & the remaining skill points use in fielding skills. By this you can make a perfect team and take 6 batsmans & 5 bowlers in One Day Match. Also take 7 to 8 batsman & 3 to 4 bowlers in a Test Match. This Team Choosing Style helps you to win any match in any situation.
