Well if you play without the help of action replay or game sharks the best thing to do will be to have digimon that have been constantly degenerated..if you want to keep your digimon at MEGA(which is the final lv of evolution)(which is not recommended but demanded to have to survive)the have to be some where in the high 50-60's and I would suggest to have alot of revivals and health restores...also it will be greatly helpful if you have an ophanimon in your party which is atleast lv 40+..she comes with saint heal.(or seraphimon...he's best for combat though not healing)you will be battleling aboout seven times the good thing is that you'll gain exp like crazy so mostly you won't have to worry about healing until the next match.
I done it without any cheats, as I dont buy things to cheat with cause I kinda like the challenge. I beat them with omnimon, lvl 36, apollomon lvl 53 and ophanimonlvl 34. For first 3 battles I used a lvl 63 Megagargomon instead of ophanimon. then I used the 3 I listed but for last battle, gallantmon crimson mode I used Magna angemon lvl 70, ophanimon which was around 43 now and omnimon around lvl 40. I used ophanimon for healing and tried luck with heavens gate, which did not work but eventually I beat him. make sure you have loads of items
I personally haven't cleared it myself, but I made it all the way to the last guy (Chaos Gallantmon). I had a healer, albeit a poor one (Lillymon with Gaia healing) and 30 DigiReviverT and FullRepairT. I just hacked away with my best moves (Rising Ray, Solblaster, Mjolnir, DoubleD Claw, etc) and took them down (slowly). Here's the order.
Duftmon + Sleipmon (Danger duo, look out for Royal moves. Take out Dufty first to stop Royal Slash, beware of Sleipmon's Bifrost though)
Apocalymon (Pain in the behind, but being only one enemy, it's just hit and heal all the way)
Susanoomon (Look out for multi-hit moves, mostly Royal)
ZeedMilleniumon (Remember the MoonMilleniumon from the Silver Test? Zeed's a souped-up version)
Alphamon + Omnimon (AGH! Royal Slash is such a pain in the neck, take them down with Target 3/Target 3 Fixed Center moves)
Beezlemon BM (Oh. My. Gosh. This guy HURTS. His Chaos Blast does a TON of damage, so be ready to heal at all times)
And lastly...
CHAOS GALLANTMON! (Ouch. Invincible Slash just HURTS. Three devestating attacks that change targets if the previous falls. It's painful. Good luck, you'll need it!)
It's really important that your Digimon of choice have as much HP as possible, 5000+ recommended. Any less and you're in for a rough time.
Side note: The Gaia Origin challenge is like the Seven Demon Lords battle from Digimon World DS, but Gaia Origin makes the demon lords look like child's play O_o

I passed gaia orgin with a lvl 1 seraphimon a 83 dianamon and a lvl 43 sn greymon =) lol

The gaia origin is a piece of cake I have omnimon lev 87all stats higher than 400 except apputide it 99 (I used to have wargreymon and metal garudamon)I have the black gallantmon lev 90 (o yeah my digimon have probably the around the same stats I think) I forgot name but hes a giant turtle with cannons, lev 86, normal bellzemon lev 91,this holy dude that risegraymon digivoles to and my strongest Koromon.
Those r my strongest keep digivolving and degenerating to go stronger.
(yes I know koromon is in-trianing but hes lev 99 stats 999 each except 4 appitude it 99 it took me probably 2months to trian him o and holy guy lev 87)

I recomend you keep fighting and losing because you keep the exp but your friendship thing will go down thats how I got strong.hope I helped :)

If your so helpless get action replay
I'd get an opollomon lvl 60+, a gulfmon lvl 50+, and a MAngemon lvl 55+. I didn't need any revivers(i digivolved and degenerated to get good stats for gulfmon), but they are xtremeley recomended. especialy since the last guy is gallantonmoncm.

The Aptitude stat determines its maximum level, and can only be improved by digivolving and degenerating. Thus, degenerate Armadillomon back to the in-training form, digivolve it back again, and it should have high enough aptitude to hit LV23.
Actually, there's a sliver of a chance that with a Digimonopedia {Might be Digipedia} that you can gain 1 aptitude from training your digimon with it. {2% chance}. Also, DNA'ing that digimon has a good chance on raising the level cap by one or two levels.
Same with holy spring and digimon lab
What you need to do is degenerate your digimon then get it back to max level and then digivolve when you hit max level. The easiest way which will take some time and will be well worth it will be to do just that all the way from rookie to the mega form. -Answer by:naphenro

You can't dna digivolve it bak only armour>.
If it's ShineGreymon, isn't that still in the ordinary digivolution path? Can't you just degenerate it? If not, then I belive you DNAgenerate (odd word) by combining it with the form right below Darkdramon.
You might as well raise another Agumon
He means he already digivolved it into shinegreymon ruin mode, lol...
You will have to raise another koromon to another shinegreymon. But if your trying to get your shinegreymon back after it hitting ruin mode that might not be possible other then to raise a koromon to shinegreymon and don't trade shine greymonruinmode thats as rare as they come. One reason is because that is rare like a once in a lifetime digimon unless you can afford to lose it and reason two it takes a long time to attain. -Answer by:naphenro
