Q: How do you activate hyperspeed.?

A1: You have to put in the cheat on the cheat option in the menu:)

A2: You put in the cheat in the cheat option menu and you strum the cheat and hold down the fret.

A3: Enter o,b,o,y,o,b,o,y in the cheat option menu.

A4: You can set how fast you want hyperspeed to go.1-4 for the speeds.

A5: Actually A4 its 1-5 I already put it in.

A1: Hmm well the notes that you put in for the cheat will not make sounds (the chords) so try rechecking on the cheat and doing it w/o making a mistake. If you are SURE you didn't do anything wrong, and it won't work, then the cheat may be wrong. Hope this helps! -Answer by:Elemental782

A3: I just put in this cheat, its true you don't hear the cords, because its only play's up to 3 notes at a time. But if you do it correct you hear people cheering at the end. Just do it slow, speed doesn't matter

Try this GR, B, GR, GY, B, GY, RY, O, RY, GY, Y, GY, GR and this G, R, G, Y, G, B, G, O, G, B, G, Y, G, R, G, GR, RY, GR, YB, GR, BO, GR, YB, GR, RY, GR, GY. One of those two is unlock all songs, the other one is another cheat, I forgot what is that cheat is but trust me they both work.

A6: I did the unlock everything cheat and it worked...on the ps2 i did it on a dualshock controller. r2-green r1-red l1-yellow l2-blue x-orange then enter the code using those...it works.

Q: How do people beat Through The Fire And Flames in Expert. I just don't get it. It's so confusing, too many notes. I have try and practice 24/7 and still can't beat it.?

A1: You have to tap one note and the rest some are hammer ons.

A2: It is really hard to do and I am still trying to figure it out but try to tie a rubberband around the green button and hit each note red through orange and after each hit QUICKLY hit the strum bar without any buttons down U must GO VRRY VRRY FST

A2: When you put the cheat it will show in the screen something like (example): hyperspeed unlocked and then you press enter button to finish the cheat then it will the list of cheats that it says locked to all (if you don't have one). in that list you can see the cheats that you were introduced... if you unlock hyperspedd it will show something like: hyperspeed: lvl2. to put off the cheat just press the green button that say lvl 2 until it changes to off

Q: I just got guitar hero 3 for ps2, I put in the cheats to unlock all of the songs, and it didn't save it. Is there anything special I need to do to save all of the songs? I have a memory card in, I don't know what the deal is? We were able to play all the songs last night, then when we plugged in this morning, they were gone.

A1: The cheat is bogous the game is unable to save with that cheat you have to keep putting in the cheat but if you put in the cheat to often the file corrupts it happened to me -Answer by:ElementSkater13

A2: Ok, simple, maybe the saves got mess up by the "corrup data" in your merory card. If you have that "corrup data" than you need to buy a new memory card because that data can't not be deleted and it will mess up other game that you have.
