When you enter the Auditorium, take out the guard with your shotgun. Go over and pick up his gun, which is a tranquilizer gun, then shoot the Doctor with it to shut him up.

When you are at the locked vet lab door, go back up the stairs and at the top look accross to your left you will see an air vent. use the crow bar to open it and crawl through.

You have to kill two guys and hack off one of there heads and use it on the scanner but there is a crazy dog and will alert the guys so wait until one of them comes close to the shadow and then use the dead body to lure the other guy close to you

I just started playing but I figured out that I can have one of each type of weapon. For instance, 1 gun, 1 bat, 1 brick, 1 syringe... This is why if you have a syringe and a fist you can't pick up a knife because they or in the same category, or so I gather. I was able to pick up a gun while I had the knife and concluded it had to do with the four weapon groups.

Go through the door and don't shoot. It took me a while to figure out that if you go through the door then the guard will be distracted and Mark will run off

When you get into the drain tunnels run past all the guys and go into the door on the left. when you get to the wheel on the catwalk, don't open it. jump over the catwalk and get behind the black car. wait until the guards get close and try to conserve your ammo by shooting them as close to the head as you can. after that go pick up their guns and get one of your guns out. go back into the door and up the catwalk. turn the wheel which opens the big door and go run up to it and crouch behind it. take out 1 or 2 of the guards behind the crates and get out of cover. if there isnt a guard in front of you coming out of the tunnels keep shooting the guys. wait until you see a guard come onto the map. when he does just get out of cover and shoot him. after that finish of the guards behind the crates which is easy. jump over your cover and go past the crates and a guard will jump out from behind a wall. take him out and go upstairs. the rest is fairly easy and you should be able to beat it.

When you first enter the container yard, there are 2 stacks of boxes. The stack on the left leads up to the roof of the container. Look up and you'll see a bunch of boxes on the roof of the one you need to climb up to. Climb up the boxes and you will see an opening in the roof. Enter and get the crowbar. Use the crowbar to open the containers by pressing O.

Climb over the railing, walk along the duct and use the crowbar to open the access hatch.

Kill the guy on the stairs. grab his gun and shoot it at Dr. Pickman

Take out the guard, then take his gun. It is a tranquilizer gun so don't worry about blasting Pickman with it. But be quick about it.
In order to take Pickman alive, you must kill the orderly who comes in to help Pickman. You will notice he dropped a tranquilizer gun. Simply give Pickman a shot from the tranquilizer.
