A1: Enter "payrespect" at the cheat menu and then a message will appear saying "you've unlocked the ABA ball" then go to the ABA ball cheat and turn it on.

A1: Just go to create player..

A2: Got to roster, go to the player you would want his number changed. A menu will appear, then choose the one that would help you change the number of his jersey. This won't be possible if the game season hasn't started yet.
