A6: Make sure your car is rear wheel drive! make sure your car has a lot of horsepower! 700 or so is enough make sure your car has nitrous to help pull a good wheelie! if you have all these things and cant do wheelies get a Mustang GT or Mustang GT500 not the '67' mustang!, one of the new mustangs because I have a mustang GT500 with all round modifications and is so good at wheelies!

A1: Actually work on it instead of cheating

A2: First get lots of money, then go to code entery in the career menu and type in "unlockallthings" to unlock all stage 4 parts, then go to the garage and customise your ford GT with all stage 4 parts, Note, when you give it more power by giving it stage 4 nitrous, engine, drivetrain and forced induction, this will end up with 921 horsepower (i think) but will oversteer so much even I cant control it! so you must give it a stage 4 suspension, brakes, tires, etc and a spoiler which you will need. I hope this helps you all a lot!
