Need for Speed ProStreet
Pretty sure they do 5th gear and nos starts, which to me is cheating. You should be able to find cars that will get you into the mid 6's if tuned properly. Try using stage 2 suspension (no higher or it will wheelstand) on fairly soft settings. Play with your gearing so that your car is at maximum RPM's when at 403Kph or 250Mph and you should start getting some good times.
Buy a chevrolet corvette c6 and upgrade every thing to full. leave all the tuning alown. it can do 403mph at max in 6.9 seconds.
Im not that sure but I was on youtube watching some cars on prostreet going 5sec and now im finding how to go 5sec too
Alright I had the same problem get the camaro concept up grade everything to the the highest level (note this is very expensive) I had this thang carring the tires all the way down the track drag racin. the fastest I got on 1/4 mile is 206 and 1/2 mile 298 all under 4 sec on 1/4 and 8 sec on 1/2 mile do wat I tell you and you will literally have the beyond fastest car on the game in fact my trap speed on dyno test is 304 mph my camaro concept has no top speed do wat I tell you and one more thing get body kit that costs $6,500 put everything on 100 and you will have hardly any drag on your car witch means this car has no trouble goin fast good luck oh and with that car ull kill ryo

HelpfulTo do a quarter mile in 5 seconds you need a zonda With all round modifications including Engine, drivetrain, forced induction, nitrous, suspension, brakes, tires, wide body kit, spoiler etc get everything stage 4 and dont hold back, but first got to code entery and type in "unlockallthings" to unlock all stage 4 parts and get to work customising!
I have a zonda and my fastest time on the 1/4 was 5.68 I have most of the satge 4 parts the best drag car is a camaro ss they can run it in 5.40 or less!
I got a GT2 that has 1,010 Hp

Ford Gt I find is the best but it has a hard time with dessert maps with jumps tune your suspention just right and she will get the job done

I have my Nissan R34 fully upgraded to level 4 parts and it is fast it can get the job done or the Nissan Prototype with level 4 parts too.
Pagani zonda f because it goes good times in 1/4 mile track and 1/2 mile tracks. Even on speed challenge the zonda is a bit hard to control the car on speed challenge because the car goes wild and crazy. So the zonda is the best car to use on the track so pick the upgrade it all to lvl 4 and the zonda will go 6sec on 1/4 mile and sometimes 10 or 9sec in 1/2 mile or use the car on speed challenge and let the car go wild crazy.

Get the Nissan R35 GTR to outsmart him.Show him who's boss!
Get a Pagani Zonda and tune it to level 4 parts I beat him by miles!
Set the assist to casual, get either an RSX or Civic Si and use stage 3 parts and he shouldn't be a problem

Its easy just get a skyline with all round upgrades and an rx-7 and you'll win the races
You use the evox and the rx7 and you will win his car
Take a full upgrade evolution (level 4 parts are not necessary) and a bit upgraded Rx-7.

For Drag Race get a Supra fully upgraded and for grip Skyline gt-r and for speed marchilargo and for drift rx-7 all fully upgraded.

Your wrong! the old GT500 is the best drift car. I get up to 6g's with that thing!
Touge union rx-7 I score 10k all the time

It's a tie between Camaro and the RX7. You can cheat with the RX7. The easiest to set up is the Corolla. St4 Drivetrain, engine,Forced Induction and Nitrous. Everything else is stock.

Try switching out the wide body for the next lesser body. For some reason with that GT no matter what I do, the wide body makes it slide all over the place.
Get the lambo its alot better oh and lvl 4

Outfit toyota supra with level 4 parts then hit nitro just prior to gate and hit that speed...calibrate to get the best speed and stability
The Ford GT will break 250mph with just lvl 3 upgrades.
Get a skyline r34 lv4 peformance, it rips up the drag strip. possible to get just over 9 secs wit lv 3 performance. wit all lv 3 it does 245mph so wit all lv 4 it shud do over 250!
I have a ford mustang 2005 and lv3 power lv4 areo and lv4 traction and it goes about 260 mph in a 1/4 mile drag in about 7.2 seconds
There are many cars - few are evo x porsche 911 turbo, etc. that can go over 251 mph or 403 kmph

Not sure I dont have those cars yet but if they are like they are in real life then the GT3 RS should be better as it has things like leather seats and air conditioning removed from it making the car lighter and have a better top speed and acceleration but thats only if the cars stats are like they are in real life hope I helped :D

Its so easy only go to career and to ´code entry´ and put unlockallthing then win races I got 95m
Simple, It takes a considerate amount of time, but it's worth it. Put In The "UNLOCKALLTHINGS" code in (If you have updated the game, then you'll just have to dominate many race days) But if you declined the update, just buy the Acura Integra, which costs $0, but you can sell it for $7.200. As I Said it'll take a considerate amount of time, but yeah, you'll get your $300.000. Peace.
Theres a cheat for, that not many people know, when you first start need for speed or whenever you want enter the code in code entry "UNLOCKALLTHINGS"and by te name it unlocks all the cars and events, but whay not many people know is it gives you 4 free cars!, so to get them exit career then re-enter career then you should, have 4 cars, sell them and you get around, $90,000, then... restart the PS3 and do it all agin, its a much easier way then having to race!
One is to beat ryo but another is to beat the Speed king. for every race starting off at the first nitrocide, you'll get 15,000 plus per race that you win!

Go to game data ultitly and delete the pro street ona it should work :)
You have to delete the update version and you have to make a new career because it wont let you load your career

It was a pc version then, I did the exact same thing on my laptop. you just need to know how to crack the encryption security on the files. carbon was really hard only one person has and that was a few weeks ago

The best grip car, that I have used before would be the evo X with all the performance tweeked, or a ford escort with all the performance aswell, the best drag I have used is the dodge charger, all the performance , the best drift car is either the RX7 or toyota supra, and the best speed car I think is the nissan skyline with full performance
For grip it is probably a nissan Skyline, For normal drag a Supra or a Zonda, For wheelie, any long old muscle car will do(i use a charger) For speed I use a RX7 and for speed I have a nice Lamborgini murceilago lp640. Those are the best to use
Best grip car I have is the zonda all upgraded to maximum, best drag I have is the Chevrolet camaro concept all upgraded to the maximum, best speed car I have is the Porsche 911 GT2 all upgraded, and best drift car is the Chevrolet corvette c6 all upgraded!
For grip i'd use the nissan skyline, for drag a supra fully upgraded, drift nissan 240sx or the rx7, for speed also a nissan skyline, and for the wheelie competition chevy chevelle and fully upgraded lift it a little bit.

They made an update for prostreet that makes it so you cant use that cheat anymore because it was screwing up peoples games
Go into ps3 main screen and into data utility and delete prostreet data . DONT ACCEPT THE UPDATE OR YOU'LL HAVE SAME PROBLEM

Hi! Look I saw very weird things in need for speed pro street in youtube, like a dbr9 with giant suspensions, or a camaro ss monster, but there was one thing really, really weird, in lots of videos there was or a veyron doing a 1/4 drag in 2 sec., a rx-7 doing the same in 1.85 sec., or in a grip the driver have a normal gt-r and then the enemies where flying, and in drag the cars go like a rocket, they fly! How can that be?!
