how do I get across the canyon at lambax ruins?

On the first time around use the swingshot, just jump into the canyon and press O. you don't have to go there the second time you visit the planet (for the finall battle)

You need to use the Zonis to levitate, and then power up the locks, or whatever they are called. You control the Zoni just like you select weapons with Ratchet

When you have completed the rail seqeunce jump off foward (the platform you land on)
Then he isnt upside down then his weak spot is the head of the robot try shooting that with what ever uve got and dodge all the enemies that he lets out.

? I think they are plans to make a weapon. If you go to the description of the pieces you collected so far it says to contact gadgetron right away and DO NOT try to build the weapon. I guess you just collect them all because I didn't finish the game yet. ? -Answer by:vickmc8

Ya there plans for a crazy weapon that targets everything in sight including boxes and shoots like a machine gun at al of them. and ya you can walk through any level in a matter of 10 min with this gun. as for finding them that's a bit hard you have to look at the menu thing for each planet where it tells you about the planet and what you have found on it. next to the # of bolts you have found there is a small square with a grid on it that's the holo plan that lrts you know what planets there on but finding them is tough there almost always somewhere that you dont need to go fot you mission.

1.If you go to your ship, press triangle to get in, then press X to see a random planet, you get a description of the planet.
2.Then look in the bottom left corner and you should see a thing which tells you how many gold bolts are on the planet, and how many you got.
3.Next to it is a little map icon. (if you don't see it,then press up/down to scroll through the planets)
4.When you see a map icon, if it's grey you haven't got the plan for that planet if it's white you have.

The holo plans are hide.I have found all but my memory to the game is gone.The holo plans is for the Rhyno IV I thing and then you have upgrade it so is the name Rhyno Forever.

The Holo-Plans are secret "blueprints" to the weapon RYNO IV. There are 13 pieces, and are found in, of course, 13 worlds. To know if a world has one or not, check your map screen when you enter your ship. Press "X" on any world to see its descriptions. If you have the Treasure Mapper, and have found one piece already, and/or asked the smuggler at Rykan V about it, a sign will show up to the right of the "gold bolts collected" area. If it's lit, then you found it, otherwise then you haven't. Enough with that talk, I'll actually GIVE you the locations...
1)Kortog- Diamond shaped area on map- WINGS REQUIRED.
2)Mukow- In a box to the right of the ferris wheel- 6 TACHYON STATUES REQUIRED.
3)Nundac Asteroid Ring- In a box on the small asteroid of the Delta area.
4)Ardolis- Use Heli-Pod on door at right of entrance to the area with all the seats and the sign of Pirates drinking... It's in a box around there.
5)Rykan V- This one is very annoying. Go to Gadget Vendor. To the left is a black box(small). Jump on there and jump onto the area with the yellow pipes so that you hang on it... Hang and go around the platform, drop down to another platform, jump onto another area with yellow pipes, and go around there. Now drop, and keep going forward until you see an enclosed space with a green field. High-Jump into there. Use Heli-Pod, and jump on top of the building with boxes right next to the Heli-Pod platform. (Opposite to black boxes!) Now break the boxes. There!
6)Sargasso- Do you remember the area where you got the Washer from the Plumber? Do you remember a building to the far side across from the area after you got it? Use the Robo-Wings to Get on top and retrieve.
7)Kreeli Comet- Ok, another question- Do you remember when you have to get past a grav-ramp with the cannons shooting out? Before even walking on there, jump down to an area just below the ramp, to the left a bit. Swingshot across the platforms... and it should be in a box on the last one. (Treasure Mapper surely helps here!)
8)Viceron(Zordoom)- After rescuing Talwyn and exiting through the door down a grav-ramp, go to the right of the monster with tentacles. There are boxes on the platform, the piece is in one of them.
9)Jasindu- In the big open space just ahead of where there used to be two pirates attacking a Pyro-monster-like-enemy (oh wow), go to the right. Do you see a raritanium chest on an area above? High-Jump, and destroy those boxes...
10)Ublik Passage- Right near the first bolt crank, there is a grav-ramp (to the right of it). Go on there, and destroy the boxes there... (1st set)
11)Reepor- Remember the two turrets that Cronk and Zephyr took control of? (Again, another question.) Go to the right turret. At the entrance should be a platform to the left, with boxes. Destroy those.
12)Igliak- In the area of the 2 Cragmite enemies (I think they're Cragmites) and the Tentacle enemy (should be a dome area with glass), go to the entrance. Go inside and turn sharply to the right. There are boxes perched on a glass platform. Destroy them. (If it's not on the right, then check the left, sorry, it has been some time retrieving these.)
13)Fastoon(SECOND VISIT)- Ummm, how to say this... The area with the 3 red switches and bolt crank stay at where the entrance is and follow the wall to the right. It's in some boxes along that wall... ( Sorry, I'm not 100% sure about this one.)
So that's all of them. After retrieving the 13, go to Sargasso and talk to the smuggler to build them. At V5, the Omega costs 50mil. bolts. Oh yeah, one more thing--- Credits. I give A LOT of credit to cbt711 of gamefaqs. Thanks a lot cbt711! Oh yeah, good luck on hunting!

When my bolts reach over 500,000,000 after a while I randomly seem to have lost millions of bolts (happens more than once). It's really annoying me, how do I stop it from happening again if its possible.?

How do I get new and better weapons?

For better weapons complete the game and do challenge mode

A2:

To get better weapons you just need to get more bolts and visit some of the new planets and they will have new weapons for you to buy. Also you can just upgrade your weapon with more raritanium. One way to get lots of raritanium is to get to challenge mode or not in challenge mode and just modify your primary weapon to get lots of raritaninum when you destroy enemys.

I need to know where to type the cheat codes. I tried on the pause menu and I also tried on the main menu, but it didnt work.?

Most cheats are just a regular kind of gameplay. You can scale walls you're not supposed to without a cheat, just regular gameplay. You do it by having razor claws ( any version ) hold r2 and jump, ( super jump ) attack, ( still holding r2 ) and super jump again. repeat this process continuously and you will be scaling a wall without a cheat.

Where are all the pieces of the ryno iv?

The Holo Plans are the pieces that the Smuggler needs to make the Ryno, if you beat Captain Slag in his fight you get a Treasure Mapper that tells you the planets and locations of all of the plans.

Firs beat the game during chalenge mode find which planet has more enimies and amultiplex if you beat 10 enimies youll get 10,000,000 bolts

In challenge mode go to sargasso and kill every enemy you can find without taking damage (RYNO IV works well on this) then when you can't find any more drown yourself in the water and do it all again. (bolt multiplyer doesn't go back to x1 if you die in that way) I made millions by doing this!

Free...? Well, there's an easy way... Complete game and start w/ challenge mode. Get RYNO IV(optional). KILL every enemy in sight w/o taking damage! Multiplier x7 or above gives so many bolts even in one box... Think about what x20 gives... Hopes that helps! (Sorry, I can't help it, but to prove it, I have 360,000,000+ bolts on my file... I'm sure others have even more, maybe 1 billion....)
