Go past it and climb the ladder, use the trampolines to get up to a platform then zipline to the tower and use the lift(must be bart)

You've probably done it by now...but I'll tell you anyways....ok when you get to the bridge with the ivy growing on the wall near the end of the level you have to climb up the ivy and fly over to the where the lever is and pull it...afterwards you have to switch to homer and beat the statue of Liberty

Go onto the golden gate bridge, climb up the ivy on the pole, fly onto the small platform, press triangle!
