ONLY jason richardson? WRONG! You can do it with any good dunker and passer. whoever says j. richardson is the only one that can do alley-oops was giving help on "self alley-oops", which is semi true. One thing you can do is go to edit player and change them from whatever they are to a "FLASHY GUARD", then any dunker can do a self alley oop.

When you have the lane press and hold LT + RT and press A and you player should go up and get it by himself
I've done it before. All you need is a player with the "Flashy Guard" dunk package, and then press RT (R2 on PS3) and the "fancy" way on the shot stick, which I believe is left in the broadcast view.
