Use xlr8 and either use body check, full speed, or sonic blast where he zips off screen and creates a blast. or tornado vortex. just experiment with xlr8 until all buttons turn green.
Q:I defeated Vilgax 25 times and still the Cheat Codes come back "Invalid" and I did not get any new alien forms. What am I doing wrong? I am still on Easy level.

Try defeating vilgax in normal and then hero mode 25 times. ive never tried this but am thinking of doing this strategy. if it dont still work then I have nothing else to come up with. my only other idea is to play a different game. sorry if this doesnt help.

You must heat he's hand and then when he take a rest stand on in front of the electrick thing than it will shock him

Use 4 arms to throw rocks at it until the hand comes down, change into Ben an jump up and press circle - then when it goes to animation hit triangle (as displayed) then do it over again and hit circle for the next ione, then combo fo rthe remining one. pretty easy when you know how.
