First of all, A3 is crap.
"mastercode" doesn't exist. "leipzig" stops you from using "unlockallthings". "reggame" only gives you $10,000, not all the other cars. You can't even get the Chevrolet Camaro Concept in the PS2 version! "horsepower" gives you the K&N vinyl, not the Chevelle. "worldslongestlasting" gives you the Energizer Lithium Viper, and "energizerlithium" gives you the vinyl. "itsaboutyou" gives you the Progressive vinyl, not the Audi TT (it doesn't exist!)

ACTUALLY you can put one on its the jackson racing charger on newer cars or the wieand screwcharger on older muscle cars you can hear the boost build but theres no way to have a throttle body sticking out the hood :(

Get a chevelle upgrade all parts and when you race get good burn out and try and get a perfect shift keep shifting and you shud wheelie a 1/4 mile :)
Buy ford gt and full upgrade it and you'll know the rest when you go to a wheelie competition.It can go upto 800+ feet
Seriously, get a GTO and tune it up Lvl 4 everything. It worked for me! -Answer by:Black43
Just buy a Rx7 tune it up to level 4 set the rear springs to stiff and all the other rear settings almost to max stiffnes. Just don't over do it, you will get over 1340 ft out of it. for the fastest quarter mile under 7 sec use a Supra or the Zonda they can both get into the 6.7 secs if tuned correctly and you shift perfectly. to get the jump on your opponent with pull aways ref the car till in the green bar let go of the throttle and shift to first gear.
Every now and then you get lucky and get a free car marker use it to buy the zonda its that simple
After getting the marker go to cheats menu and write UNLOCKALLTHINGS and go to car lot you'll see all cars are unlocked then you can easily buy zonda F
Every time you dominate you can choose from 5 cards and if you're lucky enough you may get 1 car marker.

Go to race day and create a custm race day and select split screen harder difficulties have more cars

Okay you might wanna try restarting you system..and if that dont help well sorry man but mine did that to me when I 1st got the game
Try 2 beat all races sorrounding if not then just type this cheat:UNLOCKALLTHINGS
You need to get the highest scores in every race to get the higest points or at least the necesary, try doing the races again but beater than the first time
After you beat battle machine you click leave race day, then when yor at the world map you have to click on the skeletin above battle machine or the wheel below battle machine.

Are you trying to go to the right? if so thats the next tier, go up or down on the career map.
You got 2 complete the ones on by the side of battle machine then it will give you the next event
Do unlockallthings on cheat section and voila! You're able to race on it all.
You need to do all the little races to get on to the next showdown
Because drifting isn't the same as in carbon or underground 1/2. buy a Tuner rear wheel drive and give it about 600 plus BHP then learn how to drive it.
Some people use the unlockallthings cheat and sell all the cars it gives you, also if you dominate you get more money just keep racing and you'll start to gain more money
I barely use to handbrakes, let the curves take the car try to steer through at a drift angle. I once got 10222 points ina single run
It might be the fact that the driving system is a lot more realistic. and if you tuned it, set it to default if you don't know what your doing. I advise you to practice the tracks to get a feel for it and dont forget to countersteer.
Use the mazda rx7 and buy all performance parts and watch your car slides round the corners
Just get a fast car like a Ford GT. Always helped me.

Rx 7 and the dodge are 2 of the best cars I tuned for drift even with Aki Kimura's car I got a 17K drift you just need drifts with good speeds and sometimes use a bit of N2O to get sum extra speed. but practise with this game you can do drifts better in Carbon I got a 1,4mil drift after I struggled wit Pro Street. So Pro S is a bit difficult to master in the beginning.
Try the Corolla GTS (ae86). Its really the best car for drifting because its slow and doesn't go out of the scoring zone. I have 2. I hope you'll defeat Aki Kimura

for me, tuning one car (for example evo X) for all race mode (grip, drag, drift, speed) have different setting for suspension, engine, brake, and drivetrain.

Try using shelby gt it quicker than any thig else
Ok first of all the shelby is not faster its a ford haha second I have a gto 2 runnin mid to low 6's depending on the track etc. basically keep the suspension under level 3 it will launch straight and just go down the track second make sure level 3 nos use after third gear should carry you the whole track oh and dont try 2 gear it for 250 aim for around 240 and it will run better I dont have any stage 4 parts except engine so even stage 3 should b around 6.70s I dont have xbox but there ya go

My pontiac GTO is like fastest thing out there! Just make sure the suspension is Closer to low. The brakes you do not need so keep that low
The GTO isnt good - I raced it in the game and it flipped and totaled and all I was doing was shifting like I had to do.

I will be the first to say this, but the RX-8 is by far the best grip car out there if you get used to driving it. I've been playing online for a while now and I've never been beaten EXCEPT for another RX-8.
The car has a lot of wheel spin off the start but the side bite (grip through the corner) is the best out there. Learn the tracks and master the car and no other car will beat you.
Speed Challenge there are several factors to consider.
Are you racing for speed or are you racing for points?
The Porsche GT 2 is by far the best balanced car out there. Perfect amount of speed and traction. Downside is that it doesn't accumulate too many points.

Grip- I used the evo 10, impreza, zonda, and gtr (maxed out) and they were very effective
drag-charger. I got consisten 7s. but challenger is ok if you can handle it

It doesnt matter for drag. max it out nd your done.
You cant make it do wheelie,its not rear wheel drive!
but get some classic like charger,cheville,challenger or somtin dont upgrade anything except tires and suspension,go on tune and in suspension tier put all rear things to stiff you will do wheelie

Mine is rear wheel drive I do wheelies in it all the time
I wheelie with a Chevelle, when riding a wheelie it begans to fall around 4th gear hit nitrous to pick it back up. My longest wheelie was 1322 ft.
Use your nos on gear 3 and put the 3 middle one all the way 2 the right in engine and it should give your car a boost
OK. Try and get 2 million dollars and then sell the GTO. Buy a Pagani Zonda F. Then go to every mod. Get the expensive ones and then you will beat Karol Monroe (gender:woman)! Good luck.
Anything will beat Drag King. Even 240SX (Goes 600-800 ft depends on how you time it), but the best car is either Supra or Charger. They're both awesome. -Answer by:Black43

Upgrade your suspention kit to level 3.... do the same as in a drag race... but with this suspension the car will lift by itself... use toyota supra to beat all adversaries... it´s cheap to upgrade.
Buy a charger R/t
Buy any car with rear wheel drive make sure that your car has enough BHP and upgrade your suspension. After your done go to tune and soften your front springs and shocks and then harden your rear shocks and spring and you will have a longer wheelie while going down the strip.

The game recognizes slower cars. Try racing with the Nissan 240sx. The 911 isn't going to be as challenging. Bottom line is that owning faster cars only makes things harder for you. The only time you need to have a decently fast car is racing Ryo for the Showdown King title.

Sell your EVO n buy the 911 turbo if you have enuff cash maxx it out use the "unlockallthings" cheat code. enter it (make sure you turn autosave off!) in n go 2 a raceday then exit the raceday immediately nd go to your garage nd you will see a Nissan, Dodge, Pontiac GTO, Nd a Cobalt sell those all nd u'll gt about 90000 +/-. -Answer by:PROFESSOR
Keep doing race days until you get free car marker, buy a 911 turbo tune it with level 4 parts (if you dont have enough money for the parts do more race days at the super promotion challenge
I didn't have this problem with my EVO, so maybe you could try to total him if you are desperate. another way is to maybe tune your car so you can get more horses under your engine. if this doesnt work then you should try getting a lambo or a zonda.
What you need to do is load your career, do the cheat code "unlockallthings", then save your career, load back into your career, then look in your garage. you have new cars that if you sell you get about $90. go to the system menu then repeat over and over. buy a zonda and max it out. good luck! =)
Do unlockallthings in the cheat code section. Then sell the cars you didn't have before you put it in. Then buy the 911 Turbo (or a Zonda once you have $1,000,000. It helped me beat the Drag King.
Buy a nissan skyline and max it out it is so fast of the line I recommend it for tracks with long straights and a rx8 for tracks with tight turns

if you keep doing to top speed dont worry I do it all the time its because oppoments are scared to put their foot down so you can go faster when you got the furthest distance from them like 20:00 seconds slow down then. then if they get to 10:00 seconds start to go faster

Use a lambo trust me I used it all maxed out and ate him alive plus just keep changing the mode of it to grip and stuff and ulll leavbe him behind
Lambo is definitely the best Speed car but is hard to control so if you don't want to total that much get an EVO 9/10 and max it -Answer by:Black43

HELP!
when I do speed challenge on my ps2 I get to 250 mile per hour(mph) and then you lose total control of your car. im using the nissan gt-r proto. it has all level 4 parts. when it get to 250 mph and when I try to turn it wont turn at all. it just keeps going strait and the I wreck. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!?
