It's in all the regular stars but mission 2 is the quickest(and least dangerous.) Grab a Koopa shell,go to the bottom of the lake ,and throw it at the mines surrounding a sunken ship,revealing a launch star.You go into a giant box with a boo and an urchin in it. Break the crystal by wall jumping and spinning. Now lead boo into the light,giving you the power star.

Go under platform when first starting and blow up the garbage.
As soon as you land go to the bottom of the space ship and you'll appear in the planet were you had to blow up the trash.Which is exactly what you have to do in 30 seconds.Too bad the bombs take like 8 seconds to blow up so here are some tips:

Somewhere at the biginning of the hidden star level go under one of the saucers and go inside the green tube.
