If your talking bout lvl 4 you go to ieful tower (i dont know how to spell it) press the shiny button oh yeah your using bart he goes to the top of the tower and then you look at the wall and theres a blue sign with a white x on it you jump on the using his cape ofcourse try to land on the x get off and there will be a lever pull the lever and the gate will fall down.you dont have to land on the x its just easier.
