The Sims 2: Pets WII Q&A

I can't put any floors or carpets in. I have built a new house, but when I go to put a floor, tile, carpet or patio in, it wont let me. I select which one it is and then when I click A I draw where I want it and how much I want it and when I click A again it just disappears.



Is there anything I am doing wrong?
