Heart is in box. Lungs in room with mirror where you seee little girl on other side of mirror. liver or lung is in the exam room in the sink
It's in the Otherworld. It's right there by you once you go through the mirror.
Lungs enter the mirror and on the bed take them (the 1st mirror)

Liver once you unlocked the womans washroom go to the toilet and take off the lid you will find it there

Once you opened the medical box you need to complete all 5 body parts Intestine, stomach, liver, heart, and lungs then proceed to the exam room then after you complete the anatomy you will get the eyes

You must take an eye and go to the room there a mask and press select and use the eye. you will go in and fight two nurse and go in a room . you will fight a boss that you never seen before.

Throw bottles then kill it with a pointed melee weapon
Use the throwing Items and keep a great distance away...I had to do this with the first boss when I ran out of ammo only took my two tries!

After you've (1) found the wedding ring you (2) must go to the receptionist's calendar enter the date 06-12-1961 (3) insert the ring and (4) the key for Room 500 falls from the counter behind you.
Go to the reception office and try to put the date on the rotary calendar the date is either 6/12/1961 or 12/6/1961 try to input those numbers in the calendar , the wedding ring you get from the heart in the bottom of the pool fits in there perfectly , put the wedding ring in the calendar this reveals the ROOM 500 key behind you. GOOD LUCK ! oh and I should warn you enter the room with at least your reddeemer or assault rifle creepy stuff down there
By entering d other world, get d 'Jeweled Heart' in d middle of d pool. Next, go to d Maintenance Shop in d real world & crush d thing using d vise grip in d shop. U'll then obtain a Wedding Ring. Place d Wedding Ring in d Rotary Calender after setting d date correctly! Key for Room 500 will appear on d key rack nearby. Travis feels that his hair on d back of his neck will stand every time he touches d key. This means that u'll have to unlock Room 500 in d other world... -Answer by:muzibecool
To open the room 500 you should have the room 500 key that is found in the key rack but before that you should analyze the rotary calendar its exact date is 06-12-1961 then out there the wedding ring then go to the key rack then you will find the room 500 key then go to room 503 then change to the mirror then when you go out a cut scene will play after that you will be in front of room 500 door then go to it then you will see a save point then save your game after the saving continue your way to the stair then when you reach the door prepare to fight a monster that is part of richard grady's dream. -Answer by:pokeplayer
