In the corner you have a map once you find all the view points the whole city becomes visable on it. Look on the map you will see symbols they lead you to your tasks

Im pretty sure that the asian writting was suposed to be for the next game... I think they said they wanted to have it in a chineses time period but im glad they didnt! LOL
