At the end of the plumber base level, we can defeat the monster at the end but then there is a ramp near the "energy core" and we have been using cannonball to try to hit it and we can reach it sometimes but it doesn't do anything really so we're just stuck. any help?

In Area 51 of Ben 10:Protector of Earth, how do you get to the top platform above the power plant? We can ride the moving columns and jump to the first three platforms. But we can't get across to the 4th one. We are using XLR8.
