Im on chapter 6 Stealing Eternity and on Audience at the Auralith where you have to save Baltheir from the Judge of Wings. I get past all the bad espers and change the summoning gates to blue but every time I try to defeat the Judge of Wings I always DIE! Can someone tell me a way to defeat her?

wow, what a battle. I finally figured how to win this battle.

My espers for this battle:
I - Sylph
I - Salamander
II - Wyvern
II - Sagittarius
III - Hashmal

First, take kill the enemy espers and take over the summoning gate on the right of where you begin. When you have the gate, fortify Hashmal (lvl III Earth esper) and summon him immediately. Now take Hashmal and head north to lure the line of espers to the right of the Judge of Wings and then quickly head back to your group so that they follow you. The espers should follow and when they do, have your entire group kill them. Now take your entire group and head to the summoning gate on the left and take control of that killing all enemies in your way. Take the time to rest so that Penelo can heal everybody. Fortify your ranged espers while you wait. Keep fortifying Hashmal too because he is strong enough to weaken (and distract) Judge on his own. (Hashmal is the key, keep fortifying him every chance you get!) Before you take control of the third gate just north, have someone (I used Filo) to go back south and then west to sneak around to the right of the summoning gate behind Judge. Keep her at a distance from the enemy espers until the battle starts.

When the battle starts, send your entire group in to kill Judge's lvl III esper (forget the name). With Hasmal, the fight should be over in 30 seconds. Balthier has his gun so he can take out the enemy bunny espers with no problem. As soon as the enemy moves forward to fight back, have your character on the right head north and take over the summoning gate. Use Penelo to constantly heal Balthier and don't worry about your own espers. If you send them in all at once, they should take out enemy espers quickly one at a time. If they start dying, the most important thing to remember is to keep summoning espers. If Hashmal dies, quickly summon him again because he's extremely helpful for this battle.

If anyone in your group dies, have Llyud resurrect them with his revive gambit. Penelo will also help revive anyone near her. If somebody like Llyud dies, just keep fighting. Penelo can still revive people as she heals Balthier. She'll also be at a distance from the battle so don't worry about her. (Usually she and Kytes are the only ones that survive this battle.)

In my battle, Balthier had 1 unit of health left and was about to die but Penelo kept healing him and Hashmal kept pummeling Judge with rocks so Judge couldn't kill Balthier. Judge would then try to go after Hashmal but all my ranged espers would just fire away at him. As soon as my espers die, I just keep summoning ranged espers to replace them.

Wow I did what the guy who posted before me did and I got the judge no problem, and I was only around level 25. Nobody died when I did it and have Filo sneaking behind was a great idea! They didn't even agrro her.

How do you get the guy on the horse that Penelo liked? plus, how do you defeat that massive healing yarhi in the auracite cave (one of Tomaj's missions).
