Technically, Gogeta SSJ4 is the best in the game, but it all depends on how you use your characters. Personally, I believe Omega Shenron is the best in the game, and I am undefeatable with him, but its all on your style of play.
Get BT 2 on the same console as BT 3 and your game savs will add an mode from BT 1 or 2 to BT3 thats not already included characters, stages, etc. as well
Personally..I think the best way to beat cell is to dash away from him at the start of the battle and charge up to MAX POWER..get in close and keep tapping square until max power mode runs out... just charge up an repeat..... each time you deal like 10000 damage and its very tough to defend against.... hope it helped.. -Answer by:charlieK
The best way to beat cell with ss teen gohan when the battle starts go far from cell as quickly as you can when he comes near to you then speed up gohan and far from him keep do this thing and then find a save place for you charge into max power mode then use his kamehameha and other attacks seriously you will win I hope
Acctually, you can´t get dragon universe in dragon ball z budokai tenkaichi 3, only in dbz Budokai 3, not budokai tenkaichi 3
But I Don´t know how to get it in dbz budokai 3

You have to get the last dragonball in Kami's look out like in Spacial Saga - Garlike Jr. distroy the look out by rushing not ki then sommon Shenron and it will be red trushed my it works same with the Namek shenron get in in Planet Namek and normal shenron get it on earth
Just save the game before you got to shenron if you don't get the shenron you wan't just load you game again.(don't save after you make your wish because you'll have to get the balls again.)
The last dragonball get it on planet Namek ps.the namek shinron gives you cheap wishes the only wish thats good is 1000 zeni

Yes, there is gogeta super saiyan 5. If you choose super saiyan 4 gogeta, choose his color #2. When you are in the fight, you'll see gogeta's hair will be the color sky blue, and his body fur will be colored dark white (something like that white). that's the color of a super saiyan 5.

Go 2 Special saga and fight that huge yellow dragon and destory the buildinds before you fight him. It's better 2 do this stage because you got 2 wait like 3-5 minutes before your punches can hurt that dragon, so in the mean while just destory the buildings.
U get password characters by going to evolution z, customize one of your fave characters with them z items, click the password section under the spot where you customize your character, then copy everything that is on the chart thing, copy everything EXACTLY how they appear, then go to data center or whatever its called, then you type in the password on the one where you have to type it at, then once you get it, then your custimized character will show up. After all that, go to the character selection, go to the once that shows the abc on the comp with those x's on it, then click on it and there you go, your custimized character will be there.

Beam struggles are an easy way when he does super kamehameha fire some beam back to create a beam struggle the game teaches you that in a beam struggle you rotate the left analog stick...dont...rotate both the left and right analog sticks in an anti-clockwise direction at the same time...if you do that you will never ever lose a beam struggle or a clash
You have to collect all 7 dragonballs and wish for future gohan from either red shenron or green shenron. I'm not sure which one but one of the Shenrons will allow you to wish for future gohan and the other will allow you to wish for kid chi chi
Look its Green Shenron the way to get it is to wave six dragonballs make sure that the last dragonball you gathard shoud be on earth exept DONT! get it on Kami's look out or ealse the Red Shenron will apeir
