Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3
No you just haft to level up your ki power and its faster or if you want use a cheat for a certain person, for example broly cheat brings up everything and special red poltara rings
You don't buy it from evolution z, you have already obtained it. You would go to customize character and scroll towards bottom of list and it should be there. if not, double check to see you beat all 100 missions with at least a B
I think you have to get a Z rating in Survival.

You must play Sim Dragon in Ultimate Battle Mode and when playing Sim Dragon you must use the explore option and when you find bulma by doing that pay her the money she asks you for then if your lucky here research will pay off and you will recieve 5 new missions in the 100 Mission option belive me its alot harder then it sounds sadly. -Answer by:kingtut3

You have to win all the game and, in sim dragon, you have to win the fights twice. If you win the fight once you will get 50 missions.

I think the dragons are random every time.Not sure what happens after you wish for everything and get them again,though...
You can't play as red shenron but it can grant you one wish by collecting the dragonballz you have 33,3% chance that he shows up if you collect all the dragonballz and summon him.
the other 66,6% are the normal shenron and the shenron from namek.

It is not random! you need to listen who speak when you point to dragon balls..trunks=red shenron, gohan=shenron, videl=porunga
If you will fill out all the wishes of the planet Namek porunga dragon and the dragon of Earth is likely to appear red dragon because wishes is not to be on both normal and only the dragons red dragon.
It's quite easy actually.You see, before you start the GT saga and collect all the dragon balls you get green shenron. However if you collect them after the GT saga and collect the balls for the first time you lose a chance. you only get red. if you ever want to see green, start a new game.

At once? I don't think you can do it at the same moment if that's what you mean. to get certain areas for dueling you have to complete sagas throughout the game on Dragon History. the same goes for music. For characters some must be unlocked by completing sagas, or completing various tournaments, mostly at level 3 (Yamcha Games, World Tournament, etc). Hope this helps!

Well you can try go hit him far and power up and use kamehameha when he dash to you or hit him far till you fuse
There is two ways the first is keep going a round the battle stage until the r3 icon showes up the second is keep doing your blast 2 if the r3 icon showes up then press it if it dosent then kill him

Just keep hitting him with air combos then charge up your ki Gauge and use meteor smash
Try smacking him away drgon dash so you kick him away and keep on doing it
You Kick And Punch Him Repeatedly And Use Spirit Bomb. Then Use Vegeta's Attacks And You Will Kill Him Without Fusing.

You need to complete the frieza saga
You have to get What If Saga and you will find the mission there
Akkuman in English means Devilman and that is in the What If Saga after you complete everything except the Special Saga. Really good character. Can kill people with life under 3 with ultimate blast. Hope I helped.

The hints submitted by Toebin are mostly for Budokai 3, not Budokai Tenkaichi 3. They were mistakenly placed here. Dragon Universe was B3's story mode. Any hint that mentions Dragon Universe is for the wrong game, so just ignore those.

I don't know somthing must be wrong I finished whole game and I got all ssj but if you go too goku (end) then you press ok you should have all diffrent forms
Transformations have nothing to do with Z Points. Distributing Z Points only increases the amount of Z Items a character can have. Transformations are unlocked through Dragon History. The only time a dragon can be summoned is when you have collected the 7 Dragon Balls, and there will be an option on the main menu called "Shenron" when you do. All transformations of a given character are edited as a single character in Evolution Z thus, no transformations will be displayed when characters are selected there. Also remember that not all characters have transformations. The only ones with SSJ are Goku (Mid), Goku (End), Goku (GT), Vegito, Vegeta, Vegeta (Second Form), Teen Gohan, Gohan, Future Gohan, Goten, Trunks (Sword), Trunks, Kid Trunks, Gotenks and Broly. The only ones with SSJ2 are Goku (End), Vegeta (Second Form), Teen Gohan and Gohan.

The answer to you question is that there is no right or wrong answer for this question it just depends on how you play the game like for my friend he plays the game as a long range player using energy blast as much as he can and not actually ever throwing a punch or a kick will for me I go right in there guns ablazing in a matter of speaking that is, but the best z-item combination I have personally found is for mainly team battles in duel mode well here it is:

It's easy-attack with Energy Blast/Blast 2/Ultimate Blast from a safe distance to stall till the R3 icon appears.After the cutscene Gohan gets an increased Attack and his Super gets stronger too.Hit him with an Ultimate Blast once or twice and try some close-range combos.

You can only get three wishes with porunga the namekian dragon
I don't think you can.I think that the maximum is 2 wishes per gathering,sometimes even 1.
Select shenron after getting all the ballz, depending on how far you are in the game will determin which dragons CAN appear. It is random

In my opinion Dragon ball z Budokai Tenkaichi 3 is better. It has many more characters, items, and you don't have to do a combo to use an attack like Kamehameha.
Personally, I like both but I would go with budokai tenkaichi 3 because of the better 3d and bigger stages to fight in.
Definitly tenkaichi 3 it has more grahics and its awsome!

Well Red Shenron is a character from the GT saga. He is also known as Black Star Shenron, who comes out of the black star dragonballs. He's only in the GT saga. I am not entirely sure how you use him but I think you can in the GT saga.
