By compleating missions which unlock the location. The mission " Blow Your Cover" for Elizabeta will unlock Algonquin island and compleating the mission "Three Leaf Clover" for Packie wil unlock Alderney island.
Alternatively you can play online in a free roam mode and explore any of the islands without restriction.

Kate is a little apprehensive of Nico and therfore will not sleep with him, she only wants to be friends but towards the end of the game if you follow the missions and choose " Revenge " instead of " Deal " then your relation develops. I wont tell you exactly what it does as it will spoil the endgame. ( It has something to do with a wedding though!)

If you let roman die and keep kate alive kate wont talk to you if you take revenge then kate dies and roman dont talk to you

You can make lots of money in this game with a little effort..... You could kill alot of pedestrians, they all drop money. prostitutes drop alot more money! You can delver cars for Stevie and earn around $277.000 for completing this, plus once done you can take as many cars as you like back there for more money. You can blow up security trucks and collect the fallen money on the floor (around $1100), And thers are two missions in the game where you can collect $250.000, "three leaf clover" and "deal" or "revenge" depending on which taken!

You must complete brucies mission no 1. You get to keep the car that you use in the race. Take it to a safehouse and save it. They are extremely rare and you probably won't find one again.

You Get Given One When You Complete The Last Mission For Bernie, I Think It Is Called Buoys Ahoy.
For me, people were driving some in the first race you get when you ask Brucie for some, so I suppose you could also steal those.
My infernus was stole by the cops wen they tried 2 catch me but I cnt find it again

Well theres only 2 real grilfriends you can date.

There are 5 girls you can date. 2 in normal play and 3 from the internet. The ones from the net also give you special items when they like you enough.
U can have as many gfs as you want but after a mission ui cannot date michialle anylonger

Well, it's a bit different. The start mission involves a lot of driving, so you can get used to it then.
LT reverses/brakes, RT accelerates, RB is the handbrake and A is called an "alternative handbrake". Remember not to accelerate on corners,just let the momentum take you. It gets easier the more you do it.

Well, if its little jacob, once you have his respect at about 68 to 70 percent, he will sell you guns at a discount. just hit up on the dpad on the 360 and you can call him. He usually tells you to meet him a nearby street to the player. the other gun shops are indicated by the glock icons after you have completed the Vlad missions.

There are a couple of skateboard/BMX parks in the game, yet no bikes to play with. Forthcoming downloadable content me thinks? Does anyone know for sure or has anyone found a bike/skateboard? What do you think?

But, you can take a motorcycle and ramp them, it's a lot of fun, you should try it. Anyway, I'm a fan of you, I look for your answers all the time, they really help. During an early training mission your taught how to use a taxi. But here is how. You must be near or approach a taxi (empty with no passengers) and press LB. If you do it right, Niko will whistle and call for the taxi. To enter the taxi, press and hold the Y button.
You can also get a cab when someone is in it sepend who the taxi driver such as a black guy with a hoodie. He would not care and will drive you.

For the ps3, press and hold triangle and you will enter the back seat of the cab, use the left analogue to select destination, this can be from mission objectives to things like the strip club. a cab will not take you anywhere whilst cops are chasing you.
On xbox 360, when you see a cab, press LB and it should stop, if it doesn't, blow it up!

You can catch a cab with someone in it. Press and hold the y button while near the cab and Niko will pull out the passenger and get in.

No but you dont have to re type it in all the time. just get out your phone and go all the way down to cheats and all the cheats you've used will be there

Nope only a heat to restore health. You don't need to use that cheat though if you can find first aid kits or have Carmen as a girlfriend because if she likes you she can heal you over the phone
