How do you beat a revengers tradgedy I cant understand how to beat it?

A1:

Revengers tradgedy is the last mission before game compleation if you choose the "deal" option. NOTE: Game Spoiler, if you dont want to know how the game ends then do not read further.

When you pull up in the car with little jacob you will have multiple enemys in front of you. The guys to the right on the roof should be took down first as they can hit you behind the car. Next fire off a few rockets to cause some mayhem then go to the left and crouch behind a small broken wall, take every enemy out before going into the small doorway in the building. Inside this building's first room is 4 more enemys, take them all out using grenades but watch out for the guy to the left up the stairs. Follow the room through to the back on the right (there's a health pack on the left hand cabin wall first).
A cut scene will intervene with Dimitri, chase him up the stairs then onto the roof taking out 3 more gaurds, go straight over the roof wher Dimitri gets into a helicopter, dont try taking it out with a rocket launcher you dont have time.
Run towards the helicopter and Nico will grab on. He falls though into the water but fortunatly thers is a speedboat waiting.
This next bit is trick but follow my advice to the word and you will succeed. First, dont waste anytime here, get into the boat and chase after Dimitri as quickly as poss, dont bother firing off rounds you will never take the chopper down, just chase it.
After a short chase, Jacob will fly above you in another chopper you must be very quick and head underneath him where you will promt an action sequence to jump onto the landing rail of the chopper, tapping the A button as fast as poss to climb aboad. Once done you will fly the chopper after Dimitri once more, dont worry about taking him down as a cut sequence will follow soon, stay above Dimitris chopper as close as you can to avoid slamming into any buildings and just be patient.
A rocket will hit your chopper after a minute or two and you will make a crash landing on Happiness island along wtih Dimitri's damaged chopper.
Once on foot again chase him down killing the last remaining gaurds who are with him (3) and follow him to the front of the statue where a short easy bullet stand off ensues. Once you have done this you will trigger the execution scene of Dimitri Rascalov and thus complete the game.
Dont forget there is another alternative ending to the game if you chosse the "revenge" option instead.
