While locked on (L2) use the left analogue stick to move up and down on your target, when you find the area you want to shoot press fire (R2).

Well I'm sure that no one has figured this out considering there is no code for money. I'm going to make a guess though and that is $999,999,999. due to the fact that in all the other GTA's this was the max. money aloud.

The purpose of the ATMs is to display your current amount of money. It's only briefly shown on the HUD when you re-load or have just been paid for doing a mission. Pedestrians will use the ATM's too.

Only two uses I have found for them is you can check your money balance if you don't watch that or need to know, and the other more fun one is you can stand near it wait for someone to use the atm kill them and get a bunch of money.

To check your money, you can also shoot people near them ith the roads blocked up to get infinite btw

I've heard there may be more with the DLC that is coming. This version of GTA is supposed to have more cheats/easter eggs than the older versions.
Press and hold the left or right directional buttons will turn it off. Pressing either left or right will turn it on again, this will also allow you to scroll through the list of stations until you have found the one you want.
You can park the vehicle in a yellow marked box/parking area outside your place. It will be saved safely until you re-load and/or use the vehicle.

You can store your vehicle in front of your safehouse inside the yellow rectangle labeled "resident parking only" but make sure that its in the rectangle and you can only have 2 cars in most of them if you have more it will delete them. Also I have seen people steal my cars from me (civilians). also you can store cars in any yellow rectangles you see through out the map. I think there are about 30 or so.

No planes but still can fly helis. but I dont knoe if you can buy a ticket and go on a plane. but I think there is only one airport it seems so nowere to fly to.

Enterin the airport area gives you a 4 star wanted level

You can go into the second city. down by the south east pier there is a helicopter tour place. just steal it or you can pay $150 and take the tour
